Step 1: Find the appeal or resubmission entry point
How to do it: Log into the Binance App or website and go to the [Identity Verification] page. If your verification failed, the page will show an appeal option. You can also go through [Help Center] — [Chat with Support] to get an appeal link.
Completion standard: You've located the page or entry for submitting supplementary materials.

Step 2: Retake ID photos that meet the requirements

How to do it:
Choose an indoor area with even lighting. Avoid backlight or strong direct light on the ID surface. Do not use flash.
Place the ID flat on a dark desktop. Make sure all four corners are inside the frame, with at least 15% margin from the edges of the screen.
After tapping to capture, hold the phone steady for 3 seconds and wait for the "in focus" confirmation before you proceed. All text on the ID must be clearly readable to the naked eye.

Step 3: Submit the supplementary material

After submitting, check the status under [My Tickets] or on the Identity Verification page. If it shows "Under Review," it means your supplementary materials have entered the manual processing queue. Once approved, your verification status will update and all features will return to normal. If rejected again, check whether you missed the front/back of the ID or if there are other inconsistencies, then follow the same process to resubmit once more.
