Can Deel Income Be Withdrawn to Binance as USDT? Check Account Eligibility First

Deel income cannot be directly withdrawn to Binance as USDT, because Deel's stablecoin withdrawal feature is designed to send funds to an external wallet address you own, not directly "withdraw to an exchange account." A Binance deposit address may be accepted in Deel's withdrawal flow, but only if you meet Deel's eligibility conditions, choose the correct network, and your Binance account is in a state where it can normally receive funds. More importantly, Deel clearly states that withdrawals are not supported in certain regions such as the United States and mainland China. If your Deel account or profile is connected to these regions, the stablecoin withdrawal route may not work at all.

How Deel's USDT Withdrawal Actually Works

Deel's stablecoin withdrawal is completed through a trusted third-party service provider. After you initiate a withdrawal on Deel, you will be redirected to that provider's page, where you enter the digital wallet address you own. The provider converts your funds into USDT or USDC and then sends them to the address you entered. Deel's official help documentation does not list "exchange deposit addresses" as prohibited, but the wording used is "external wallet you own." From an operational standpoint, a Binance USDT deposit address is functionally an external wallet address. Whether it works depends on whether Deel's third-party provider blocks exchange addresses, and whether the network you select matches a network supported by Binance.

The USDT networks supported by Deel include ERC-20 (Ethereum), TRC-20 (Tron), BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain), Polygon, and Tempo. Binance supports multiple networks for USDT deposits, but you must make sure the network selected on Deel exactly matches the network shown on Binance's deposit page. Choosing the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds, and Deel's documentation also clearly warns about this. When operating, first confirm the currently supported network list on Binance's USDT deposit page, then go back to Deel's withdrawal flow and select the same network. Do not assume a certain network "should definitely work" based on memory or third-party tutorials.

In terms of fees, Deel's crypto withdrawal charges a 2% service fee plus a 1 USD network fee. For example, if you withdraw 1,000 USD, Deel charges a 20 USD service fee plus a 1 USD network fee, so the actual amount converted and sent is about 979 USD worth of USDT. After this USDT arrives on Binance, if you want to sell it for fiat or perform other operations, Binance may also charge trading fees, which are calculated separately according to Binance's current rates.

Check First: Does Your Deel Account Have Stablecoin Withdrawal Eligibility

Deel's stablecoin withdrawal is not available to all contractors. The restrictions listed in the official documentation include: this method is only available for eligible countries and currencies; withdrawals are not supported for the United States and mainland China; and some contractors of certain nationalities may need to complete Proof of Location through a third-party provider when adding the stablecoin withdrawal method. The phrase "not supported for the United States and mainland China" refers to the region where the destination account is located. If your bank account or identity information points to these regions, Deel's stablecoin withdrawal option may not appear, or it may be rejected after submission.

A user review on Capterra mentions that "Binance is no longer a withdrawal method," and says the crypto withdrawal options are limited, Coinbase is only available to US users, and USDC/USDT withdrawals charge a 2% fee. This review reflects a user's experience rather than Deel's official policy statement, but it points to a real situation: Deel may have had more direct exchange withdrawal integrations in the past, but has now shifted to a model of transferring to wallet addresses through third-party providers. If you do not see the stablecoin option in Deel's withdrawal method list, it means your account or region is not currently within the supported scope, and this cannot be solved by changing browsers or adjusting settings.

What to Confirm on Binance's Side

Assuming Deel allows you to enter a Binance address, the Binance account itself also needs to be in a state where it can normally receive USDT. Binance requires all users to complete identity verification before using deposit, trading, and withdrawal functions. If your account has not completed verification, or if the verification information does not match the details submitted on Deel, the deposit may be blocked or trigger further review. After USDT is deposited to Binance, the funds enter your spot account. You can choose to hold, trade, or sell through C2C and other methods, but each step has its own rules and fees, which are not covered in detail here.

There is another easily overlooked point: Deel income is essentially labor compensation. When you withdraw your Deel balance to Binance via stablecoin, this money leaves an on-chain record from Deel's third-party provider to your Binance address. If Binance later triggers a source of funds review due to transaction behavior or amount size, you may need to explain the source of this USDT. Deel's withdrawal records, contracts, and payslips are materials that can prove the source, so it is recommended to keep them. This does not mean you will definitely be reviewed, but when a review does happen, having materials to submit is much less troublesome than scrambling to find records.

If Stablecoin Withdrawal Does Not Work, What Are the Alternatives

Other withdrawal methods supported by Deel include local bank transfer, cross-border transfer, SWIFT, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, Revolut, and more, with different fees and arrival times. If your ultimate goal is to turn Deel income into USDT on Binance or use it for crypto trading, a more reliable path may be: first withdraw your Deel balance to a bank account under your own name or a Wise/Revolut account, then buy USDT through Binance-supported C2C or fiat deposit channels. This path sacrifices the convenience of a "one-step direct transfer," but gains a clearer and more traceable fund path. For larger amounts or situations where you need to explain the source to tax authorities or banks, it actually causes less trouble. C2C deposits also carry counterparty risk and bank risk control issues, so before operating, understand Binance C2C's order escrow and dispute rules.
