2. Detailed Steps for C2C Withdrawal
Step 1: Transfer Coins to the Funding Account
Selling coins via C2C requires operating from the "Funding Account." If your USDT is in the Trading Account, you need to transfer it first.
Path: APP Homepage → Assets → Transfer → Transfer from Trading Account to Funding Account → Select USDT → Enter Amount → Confirm
Step 2: Enter the C2C Sell Page
Tap "Buy" at the bottom of the APP → Switch to the "Sell" tab → Select the coin USDT → Enter the amount you want to sell.
Step 3: Choose a Payment Method
The system will ask you to confirm your payment method; choose Alipay or WeChat.
If this is your first time selling coins, you need to bind a payment account first: Tap "Add Payment Method" → Select Alipay or WeChat → Fill in the account and real name (must match the KYC name).
Note: The real name on the payment account must exactly match the name on your OKX KYC, otherwise, the buyer's payment name won't match, leading to disputes.
Step 4: Match with a Buyer and Wait for Payment
After confirming the selling amount and payment method, the system will automatically match you with a buyer. Once the buyer places an order, you will receive a notification.
Do not take any action at this point; wait for the buyer to pay, which usually completes within a few minutes.
Step 5: Confirm Receipt and Release Coins
After the buyer pays, you will receive a payment notification in Alipay or WeChat.
Important: After receiving the money, open Alipay or WeChat to confirm the received amount is correct, then go back to the OKX order page and tap "Confirm Release."
Do not tap "Confirm Release" before you have received the money; once the coins are released, the transaction cannot be reversed.
Step 6: Complete
After releasing the coins, the order is complete. The RMB is already in your Alipay or WeChat and can be transferred to your bank card at any time.

Regarding Bank Card Risk Control Transferring large sums from Alipay/WeChat to a bank card can sometimes trigger bank risk control, leading to a temporary account freeze.
