OKX internal transfer records can all be viewed in the funding bill. You don't need to separate "transfer out" and "transfer in" records because these transfers happen on the platform's internal ledger, not on the blockchain. So there is no blockchain TxID, and you can only trace them through your account bill.

Method 1: Filter by "Internal Transfer" in the Funding Bill

This is the most accurate way. Every internal transfer leaves a record in the funding bill, which you can find by filtering the type.

  • Web version: Log in to OKX, click [Asset Management] — [Order Center] — [Funding Bill] at the top right.

  • App version: Go to [Assets] — [Funding Account] — [Bill] to view it. However, the app only displays the last 90 days. For older records you need to download the full bill on the web version.

  • How to confirm: Filter the bill list by "Internal Transfer" type. You'll see the time, amount, currency of each transfer, plus a label like "Create Order" or "Complete Order". In the funding bill, "Create Order" means you sold digital assets via C2C, and "Complete Order" means you bought. Internal transfer records appear in this same system.

Method 2: Cross-check Using the Receiving Account

If you're unsure whether the recipient received your transfer, ask them to check their own funding bill for a record from the same time period.

  • How to do it: The recipient goes to [Funding Bill] using the same path, then filters by "Internal Transfer" or reviews the daily income/expense details. The recipient's record will show a source like "From UID: XXXXX", with the same amount and currency as what the sender transferred.

  • How to confirm: The recipient's bill shows a record with the matching amount and a status of "Completed".

Risk note: Internal transfers can only be made between verified OKX users. The recipient must have passed KYC and have a normal account status, otherwise the system will block the transfer. Also, once an internal transfer is completed it cannot be reversed—just like an on-chain transfer. So always make sure the recipient's UID, phone number or email is correct before sending.

Common Reasons for Failure

  • Wrong UID: Internal transfers don't use blockchain addresses; they use the platform's unique UID to identify recipients. If you enter one wrong digit, the money goes straight to another account. OKX recommends sharing UIDs only through encrypted messaging tools—never post them in public group chats or on social media.

  • Recipient hasn't completed KYC: OKX internal transfers only work between verified on-platform accounts. The recipient must be in "Verified" status. If they are "Under Review" or "Not Submitted", the transfer will fail.

After the Transfer

  • Verification: Check in the funding bill that the status is "Completed" and the amount, currency, and time all match. If you need a record for your files, the web version lets you download the full bill from February 2021 to the present. The download link is valid for 24 hours after generation.

  • Next steps if it failed: First check if the recipient's UID is correct and whether they have completed identity verification. If both are fine, when you contact OKX customer support, provide the matching internal transfer record from your bill (including timestamp and amount). Do not look for a blockchain TxID—internal transfers have no on-chain hash.
