Where to Find Your OKX Fiat Deposit Order and Payment Status

OKX fiat deposits have two places to check your order status: the order details page and the transaction history in the Asset Center. After you pay, watching the status change directly on the order page is much faster than constantly refreshing your banking app. Settlement is automatic and usually arrives within 1–30 minutes.

Option 1: Check the status directly on the order page

This is the quickest way. After you make a fiat deposit on OKX (for example, buying USDT via C2C), the page will jump to an order details screen.

  • How to do it: On the "Buy Crypto" or "Fiat Trading" page, tap "Orders" or "My Orders" at the top, then find the current order.

  • What to look for: You'll see a clear status label. The usual flow is: "Waiting for payment" → "Buyer has paid, waiting for coins to be released" → "Transaction complete". If the status stays on "Waiting for payment" or "Buyer has paid" for more than 30 minutes, you may need to take action or wait for the transfer to be confirmed.

Option 2: Verify past records in the transaction history

If you want to check several historical deposit orders, or confirm whether a completed deposit has reached your account, the most reliable place is the transaction history.

  • How to do it: Log in to OKX on the web, click "Asset Management" at the top right, then "Order Center" and "Transaction History". In the history, a C2C purchase of digital assets will appear as a "Completed order" entry.

  • What to look for: You'll see the deposited amount, time, and type in the list. The history supports downloading complete records dating back to February 2021. However, custom download links are only valid for 24 hours, and downloading statements is not yet supported in the app.

Risk reminder: After you pay, always rely on the actual receipt in your own bank or payment account. Never trust "transfer screenshots" or "payment proofs" sent by the other party. Once the seller clicks "I have paid", log in to your bank account or Alipay to verify the money has truly arrived before you click "I have received the transfer" and release the crypto. If the money has not arrived, do not confirm receipt. If the agreed time has passed, you can directly submit a complaint to avoid losing both your money and your crypto.

After completing the operation

  • Verification: In the transaction history, the order status shows as "Completed" and your account balance has increased by the corresponding amount.

  • Next steps: If more than 30 minutes have passed and the status still shows "In progress" while the money has been deducted, first check whether the receiving account has actually received the funds. If not, go to the order page and file a complaint. Once received, confirm the funds are available in "Assets" → "Funding Account", and you can then trade or withdraw normally.
