Check the on-chain status: Copy the transaction’s TxID (transaction hash) and look it up on the appropriate block explorer (e.g., XRP Scan, Etherscan). Confirm that the transaction status is ‘Success’ and the number of confirmations is sufficient.
Submit a support ticket: Go to the OKX Help Center and choose the category for ‘Deposit not credited’ or ‘Forgot to fill in tag’. When submitting, you’ll need to provide the following information:
