TON is the native token of The Open Network. Deposits must be made via the TON mainnet (The Open Network). There are two address formats: the raw address used at the system level, which has no checksum, and the user-friendly Base64 address, which has a checksum. The OKX deposit address is typically in the user-friendly format (Base64). Simply copy it and use it directly.

1. Complete OKX Account KYC

What to do: Ensure your OKX account has completed identity verification.

How to do it:

1. Log in to the OKX app or website, go to [Profile] → [Identity Verification].
2. Follow the instructions to submit your identity document and complete standard identity verification.

When is it done: The account displays "Verified" or "Standard Identity Verification" status.

Accounts that have not completed KYC cannot use the deposit function.

2. Get the TON Deposit Address on OKX

What to do: Log in to OKX, go to the deposit page, get your TON deposit address, and confirm the network.

How to do it:

1. Log in to the OKX app or website, click [Assets] → [Deposit] → [Deposit Crypto].
2. Search for "TON".
3. Select network: Choose [TON] or [The Open Network] – this is the TON native mainnet. OKX clearly supports TON network deposits.
4. The page will generate a deposit address, usually a 48-character Base64 format. Copy it.

When is it done: You have copied the TON deposit address provided by OKX and confirmed that the selected network is the TON mainnet.

• Wrong network selected: TON has a mainnet and a testnet. Sending to the wrong network (e.g., mainnet address to testnet, or vice versa) will result in funds not arriving.
• Address format error: The OKX address is in Base64 user-friendly format. If your wallet requires a raw format, you need to convert it manually. Raw format has no checksum and includes leading zeros, making manual entry highly error-prone.
• Insufficient gas fee: The wallet does not have enough TON to pay the transaction fee.
