Deposit record inquiry is not complicated. The operation paths on the App and Web are slightly different: The App only supports viewing records within the last 90 days by default, while the Web can show records up to one year. Records older than one year require downloading a separate statement.

Prerequisite: First confirm which deposit you want to check

Open OKX's [Assets] page and look for the clock or document-shaped icon in the upper right corner – this is the unified entry for deposit records. If you only want to confirm whether the most recent deposit has arrived, just go to the [Assets] page in the App; you don't need to enter the history section.

Step 1: View deposit records on the App

Objective: View recent cryptocurrency deposit records on your mobile phone.

Procedure:

  1. Open the OKX App and tap [Assets] in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Tap the history icon in the upper right corner (looks like a paper or clock icon).

  3. The page displays all asset changes by default. Tap [Type] to filter and select [Deposit].

  4. You can further filter by [Coin] and [Date] to quickly locate the target deposit record.

Completion standard: The page shows a complete list of deposit records, where you can find the status, amount, and time of the corresponding transaction.

Step 2: View deposit records on the Web

Objective: View deposit records on a computer, supporting a wider time range than the App (up to one year).

Procedure:

  1. Log into the OKX web platform and click [Asset Management] in the upper right corner.

  2. Select [Deposit] to enter the deposit page, or go directly to [Order Center].

  3. Click [All Deposit Records] or [Funds Statement], and filter the type to "Deposit".

  4. You can also filter by date and coin to find specific records more conveniently.

Completion standard: The web displays deposit records for the past year. For earlier data, refer to the advanced steps below.

Step 3: Check deposit progress (confirm arrival status)

Objective: View real-time block confirmation progress during the deposit process.

Procedure:

  • App: Go to [Deposit Records], tap the deposit you want to check, and the page will show the deposit amount, status, and time. You can also tap [View on Blockchain Explorer] to see real-time progress.

  • Web: Find the record in [All Deposit Records] and you can directly see the "Deposit Progress" and "Deposit Status".

Completion standard: If the status shows "Deposit Successful", the funds have arrived. If it still shows "Pending Confirmation", you need to wait for the required number of block confirmations to be reached.

⚠️ On the deposit page, there are two concepts: "Confirmations required for arrival" and "Confirmations required for withdrawal". Block confirmations must reach the former before the funds are credited, and reach the latter before you can withdraw or sell via C2C.

Step 4 (Advanced): Download deposit records older than one year

Objective: The App can only view up to 90 days, and the Web up to one year. For records beyond one year, you need to download the full funds statement on the web.

Procedure:

  1. Web only: Log into OKX, go to [Asset Management] → [Order Center] → [Funds Statement].

  2. Select the date range – you can choose records from February 1, 2021 onward, with a custom start and end date.

  3. Choose [Deposit] as the main account type.

  4. Click [Download] → [Custom] → select the start and end dates → click [Generate Now].

  5. After the report is generated, click [Download] or [Copy Link] and paste it into your browser to obtain the file.

Completion standard: The file is downloaded successfully, and the complete deposit records are saved locally.

⚠️ Generating the statement report may take some time. If you copy the link after generation, the link is valid for 24 hours; please download it promptly.

Common failure causes

  1. Cannot find records older than 90 days on the App – This is a platform limitation, not a loss of records. Check on the web or download the statement.

  2. Only see records from the past year on the web – For records older than one year, go to [Order Center] → [Funds Statement] to download; direct page viewing is not supported.

  3. "Generating" gets stuck when downloading the statement – Statement generation takes time; the system will update after processing the queue. If it's stuck for a long time, cancel and resubmit.

Risk reminder

  • The funds statement contains your complete deposit and withdrawal records and account activity information. Keep it safely after downloading and avoid sharing it with third parties.

  • The link copied from the download statement function expires after 1 hour or 24 hours (depending on the page). Generate and download as soon as possible.

How to confirm you have completed the operation correctly

Open the [Assets] page, go to history from the upper right corner, filter by "Deposit" type, and you can see the record you just checked with the status "Deposit Successful" – that means you have mastered how to view deposit records.

If you downloaded the statement for tax or reconciliation purposes, go to [Order Center] → [Funds Statement] and open the downloaded file. If the deposit data inside matches what you see on the page, the download was successful.
