Common Reasons for Failure
Network mismatch – this is the most severe mistake. USDT has ERC-20, TRC-20, BSC, and other versions; choosing the wrong chain means the funds are almost impossible to recover.
Assets not in the Spot Account – Gate.io on-chain withdrawals must be initiated from the Spot Account. If the assets are in another account, transfer them first.
Missing Tag/Memo – For coins like XRP, EOS, XLM, you must fill in both the address and the Tag/Memo, otherwise the deposit cannot be credited.
