Do not worry. The data on the campaign page is not updated in real time. Leaderboards usually refresh every 10 minutes, and a delay of 10 to 15 minutes on the campaign page is normal.

Step 1: Check the refresh rules first
Confirm the update frequency: Check how often the data for the campaign you joined is updated.
How to do it: Open the campaign rules page and look for "leaderboard update frequency" or "data update" instructions.
Case A (every 10 minutes): Most Boost trading competition leaderboards are updated every 10 minutes. After completing a trade, wait 10 minutes and refresh the page.
Case B (hourly): Some X Stake campaign Boost trading volumes are updated once per hour.
Case C (next day): Daily Boost trading data can only be viewed after UTC 00:00 the next day.
Completion standard: Identify the data refresh cycle for the current campaign.
Step 2: Check the trade type — maybe it is excluded
If you have waited long enough and the data still has not updated, the problem is likely that the trade "does not count".
What to check: Confirm whether your trades meet the campaign's definition of "valid trading volume".
How to do it: Open the campaign rules and check against the following list:
Trading pair restrictions: Campaigns usually only count trading volume for specified tokens and specified trading pairs. If you traded a pair that is not designated, it does not count.
Trading amount threshold: Orders with a single trade amount below 1 USD or below 20 USD may not be counted.
Trading channel restrictions: Orders submitted through the OKX DEX API, or trades that selected a third-party DEX path, are usually not counted.
Registration time: Trading volume before successful registration is not counted in the campaign statistics.
Common reason for failure: Many people assume all trades count, only to find that they traded stablecoin pairs such as USDC/USDT. In Boost calculations, such pairs have a weight coefficient of only 0.1, so the calculated Boost trading volume is much lower than the actual traded amount.
Step 3: If it is a system delay, wait patiently
If you have confirmed that the trade type meets the requirements and you have waited long enough, but the data still has not updated:
Page delay: Campaign page data has a delay of 10-15 minutes. It does not mean the platform missed your trading data.
System maintenance: During wallet maintenance, trade status updates may also be delayed, but on-chain assets are not affected.
Extreme market conditions: Under extreme market conditions, heavy calculation loads may delay commission or reward distribution by several hours. This is normal.

Do not rush to contact customer support. Open the campaign rules page and confirm three things:
Is the trading pair you used on the campaign's designated list?
Did your single trade amount meet the minimum threshold?
After successful registration, does your trading time meet the statistical requirements?
If all three are confirmed, wait for the refresh cycle to pass and refresh the page again. The data is not updated in real time, and refreshing the page frequently will not make it update faster.
