OKB rewards are distributed differently by activity type. Currently the main ones are:

So if you joined Jumpstart, only treat it as abnormal if rewards haven't arrived within two hours after the event ends. If it's Flash Earn, you are actually earning rewards every hour, but the system sends them one hour later.

Depending on the activity type, go to the matching entry to find OKB event reward distribution records:

App: Home page grid → "Earn and Rewards" → [Jumpstart]
Open the relevant project page to check staking records and reward distribution status
Entry 2: Flash Earn activity page / [Assets] - [Earn]
Open the Flash Earn activity page, or tap [Assets] - [Earn] in the App
Check current holdings and total rewards, and claim manually if supported
Entry 3: My Rewards
App: Home page grid → "Earn and Rewards" → [Reward Center] → [My Rewards]

Where to check after rewards arrive?
No matter which activity, after distribution rewards go into your Funding Account, where you can trade or withdraw freely.
To check whether rewards have entered your available balance: App bottom [Assets] → view [Funding Account] balance. For Flash Earn rewards, you can also check total rewards on the [Assets] - [Earn] page.
If you can see the matching coin and amount in your Funding Account, the check is complete.
Common reasons for not receiving rewards
Reason 1: The distribution time hasn't arrived after the activity ends Different activities have different distribution windows. Jumpstart is within 2 hours after the event ends. Flash Earn pays every hour but with a one-hour delay. New user tasks may take up to 48 hours. No need to check early if the time hasn't passed.
Reason 2: Flash Earn rewards need manual claiming Flash Earn allows you to manually claim accumulated rewards on the activity page or [Assets] - [Earn]. If you don't claim, the system will automatically distribute them within 4 hours after the activity ends.
Reason 3: You redeemed principal early during the activity Flash Earn rewards are settled hourly, but funds redeemed within the current hour no longer earn interest or count toward airdrop rewards. If you redeem during a certain hourly period, you cannot get rewards for that hour.
Risk reminder: If you still haven't received rewards more than 48 hours after completing tasks, contact official customer support. Also, sub-accounts cannot participate in reward programs or receive any rewards. Make sure you used your main account to join the activity.

How to verify after completing the steps
Check the matching activity entry or your Funding Account. Only contact support if Jumpstart rewards haven't arrived more than 2 hours after the event ends, or if Flash Earn rewards still cannot be found 4 hours after the event ends. When checking rewards, pay attention to whether the timestamp and amount in the distribution record match the activity rules.
