If you finish a BNB campaign task on Binance and can't find your reward, don't worry or stare at your balance. Most Binance BNB campaign rewards follow a set distribution schedule. There is also a dedicated page where you can check every deposit record. Once you understand these two things, you won't have to guess.

Short answer: different campaigns have different arrival times

BNB-related campaign reward arrival times depend on which type of campaign you join. The main types are:

Campaign TypeArrival TimeDetails
Wallet Invitation ProgramT+1 (next day)Updates start daily at 00:00 (UTC). Settlement usually takes 6-8 hours.
Learn & EarnWithin 48 hoursDistributed after you pass the quiz and meet eligibility requirements.
LaunchpoolAccumulates hourlyRewards are generated hourly after staking. They automatically go to your spot account when the campaign ends.

So if you joined Launchpool, in theory you earn rewards every hour after staking, but they are not pushed to you in real time. If you joined Learn & Earn, it is only unusual if nothing arrives within 48 hours.

How to check whether rewards have arrived

You can find reward distribution records in your Binance account. The steps are the same each time:

  1. Open the Binance app or website and log in.

  2. Tap the profile icon in the top left, then go to "Personal Center" or "Account".

  3. Find "Rewards Hub" and open it.

  4. In "Reward History" or "Distribution Records", you can see all distributed rewards, including time, coin, and amount.

If you want to check hourly Launchpool airdrop records, you can view the real-time accumulation for each pool on the Launchpool page. After the campaign ends, rewards are automatically sent to your spot account.

If your BNB comes from holding interest rewards generated by locked products, its history is in a different place. Holding interest records need to be checked through the API or the corresponding earnings history page.

Common issues and how to check them

Reason 1: You joined but did not meet snapshot requirements Some campaigns (such as HODLer Airdrops) are based on historical holding snapshots. If you did not hold enough BNB at the snapshot time, you will not receive rewards. This is not a delay problem; you simply were not eligible.

Reason 2: Rewards need to be claimed manually After Wallet Invitation Program rebate rewards update on T+1, users must manually click claim on the invitation page. They are not automatically sent to the spot account. If you joined this type of campaign, go to the invitation page and click "Claim".

Reason 3: The reward amount is too small and was overlooked Some airdrops accumulate hourly. A single payout may be only a tiny fraction of a coin, so it is easy to miss. Check the total accumulated amount in Reward History, not just each single record.

Risk reminder: Binance system notifications and emails may be delayed. Always treat the Rewards Hub history as the final record. If you cannot find a record in Reward History but an email says you received it, refresh the page and wait 1-2 hours before checking again. Do not trust any third-party link that claims to "help you check rewards". All official reward-checking entry points are inside the Binance app.

How to confirm the process is complete

Go to "Rewards Hub" → "Reward History". If you see the matching deposit record, the reward has arrived. If not, check how long it has been since the campaign ended: if it is within 48 hours, wait a little longer. If more than 48 hours have passed and there is still no record, contact customer support.
