Compliance section: Major regulatory changes (such as ADGM regulatory framework adjustments, MiCA license path changes, etc.) are explained in detail under the "Compliance" (or "Regulation") category on the official website or Binance Blog.
Completion standard: You have found the relevant announcement and confirmed that it does not require any action from your account.
Viewing RFI Notices for Your Personal Account
RFI (Request for Information) is usually an information supplement request sent by Binance to specific users based on compliance requirements. These notices appear only within your account.
What to do: Log into your Binance account and check pending tasks and notifications inside the account.
How to do it:
Account security / alert area: After logging into the app or website, look for a red banner at the top of the homepage or near "Security Center" saying "Pending Request" or "RFI Required to Complete". Your account will directly display pending requests and the expiry time for the RFI.
Notification center: Check the "Message Center" or in-app messages inside the app. Binance sends RFI notices via in-app messages and your registered email.
Help Center / Customer Service: If you cannot find the RFI entry, you can ask customer service "Where do I fill in RFI records?" They will guide you to the corresponding page.
Completion standard: You see a pending RFI record and have confirmed the deadline. RFI record statuses include: Processing, Uploading, Under Review, Approved, Rejected, Expired, Closed.
