You don't have to scroll through the order list page by page. Go to "Current Orders" or "Order History," find the order, click the details, and you'll see the "System Order ID (Order ID)." This ID is the most important proof when you file a support ticket – using the wrong one only wastes time.

Step 1: Go to the correct order page based on the order status

Open orders and completed orders live in different places.

  • If the order is still open (not yet filled): On the trading screen, look for the "Current Orders" tab. It shows all unfilled orders. Click "Details" next to the order record to see the "Order ID." For spot trading, this ID is usually a long string of numbers. For margin or futures trading, you can also find it on the "Current Orders" interface.
  • If the order has been filled or cancelled: Switch to the "Order History" or "Trade History" tab. Use the filters at the top (by trading pair, time, or status) to narrow down the list. Click the order, and the "System Order ID (Order ID)" appears in the details.

Completion criteria

You have a numeric system order ID (for example, 4611875134427365377).

Common reasons why people can't find it

Searching "Current Orders" when the order is already completed, or the opposite – looking for a filled order in "Current Orders." Another common mistake is giving the trading pair name or order time when support asks for the order number. Those details can't pinpoint the order. You must provide the Order ID.

If an order meets both conditions below, the system removes it and no longer keeps the record: the order status is "Cancelled" with no filled quantity, and the order was placed more than 3 days ago. This means some old test orders may already be gone, and support cannot trace them using an order number.

If you need a complete trading history for taxes or batch queries, go to WalletTransaction History and click "Export." The system will generate a report file that includes all order IDs.

How to verify the Order ID

After you get the Order ID, try searching for it on the "Order History" page. If it brings up the exact order record, the ID is correct. Take a screenshot of that page (showing the order ID, trading pair, price, and time) to share with support.

Next steps for contacting support

When you reach out to customer support, put the Order ID directly in the email subject or ticket description, for example: "Spot order issue – Order ID: 4611875134427365377." Also have the order details screenshot ready. Support verifies orders using only three things: the Order ID, the trade time, and the trading pair. All three are required.
