Yes, you can. Mullvad clearly accepts cryptocurrency payments, and Binance's BTC withdrawal feature supports sending bitcoin to external addresses. But "can use" and "anonymous" are two different things: if you withdraw BTC from Binance to Mullvad, the on-chain record remains forever. If your logged-in Binance account has ever been linked to that withdrawal address, the BTC Mullvad receives is tied to your identity.

Payment path: withdrawing BTC from Binance to Mullvad
Mullvad's crypto payment process is not "give you a fixed address and let you transfer." The logic is: first generate a payment request on the Mullvad website (including the amount and address), then within 15 minutes send the corresponding amount of BTC from your own wallet to that address.
So what you need to do is not "directly send money from Binance to Mullvad," but two steps:
Step 1: Confirm Binance's BTC withdrawal conditions. In the Binance App, go to the withdrawal page, select BTC, and paste the BTC address provided by Mullvad. Binance's BTC withdrawal supports the mainnet, and address formats usually start with 1, 3, or bc1. The amount received must match what is shown on Mullvad's payment page, and it must be sent within 15 minutes, otherwise the payment request will expire.
Step 2: Check the network and fees. Binance's BTC withdrawal page shows the current network fee and the amount that will arrive. The fixed fee for BTC mainnet withdrawal is explained in Binance's Help Center, but the specific amount adjusts with network conditions. Use the amount shown on the withdrawal page as the final reference. If you withdraw a very small amount, the fee percentage will be high. For example, if you withdraw BTC worth 10 dollars, the fee may take up a considerable share.
Privacy check: exposure on the Binance-to-Mullvad chain
Mullvad's anonymity promise focuses on the fact that it does not require you to provide any personal information — you do not need an email to create an account, and payment options can include cash or cryptocurrency. Its App Store description says "Creating an account requires no personal info - not even an email address."
But there is an easily overlooked premise on this path: Mullvad not collecting your information does not mean on-chain analysis cannot link your Binance withdrawal behavior to Mullvad's receiving address.
Withdrawing BTC from Binance to an external address is a standard on-chain transaction. Binance is a centralized exchange, and your withdrawal request is initiated from an account that has completed KYC. The on-chain record itself does not contain your name, but Binance's internal records do: who withdrew how much at what time, and to which address. If that address is later linked to Mullvad (for example, you paste this address on Mullvad's payment page to complete the payment), then the entire path from Binance to Mullvad is traceable on-chain.
Mullvad's official recommendation for anonymous payment mentions Monero or cash. BTC is a cryptocurrency, but its on-chain transparency means that BTC withdrawn from an exchange does not provide the same anonymity as Monero. If you choose to withdraw BTC from Binance to pay Mullvad, what you are actually doing is "using a traceable asset to complete a traceable transfer."
What you really need to judge
If you just want to "use the BTC in Binance to pay for a Mullvad subscription," it is completely feasible operationally. Just follow the withdrawal process. But if you care about decoupling payment behavior from identity, withdrawing BTC from Binance is not the ideal path.
A compromise is: withdraw BTC from Binance to your own non-custodial wallet (such as Sparrow or Electrum), do a self-transfer or coin mixing in the wallet, and then pay Mullvad. But this adds extra fees and operational complexity, and BTC on-chain analysis tools are also improving their ability to recognize such patterns. Mullvad directly supports Monero. If you have XMR on hand, obtaining it through privacy-focused channels and paying with it will make the path much cleaner.
