What to Do If Binance Verification Page Keeps Refreshing?
Stop and do not refresh continuously. Repeated refreshing will cause the session to expire or even trigger a temporary restriction. This issue is usually caused by cache conflicts, network interruptions, or system risk control. Check step by step, and don't keep refreshing.

Step 1: Stop refreshing and wait 30 seconds
Continuous refreshing forces the browser to make new requests repeatedly, completely breaking the verification session.
Close the current verification tab.
Wait 30 seconds to 1 minute before reopening the verification entry.
If the page automatically refreshes and shows "Session Expired", that's normal. Log in again.
When this step is done: The page returns to the identity verification entry screen and no longer automatically redirects or refreshes.
Step 2: Clear browser cache and cookies
The Binance verification page needs to load many scripts. Outdated cache conflicts with the latest server data, causing the page to refresh repeatedly.
Case A – Chrome/Edge users:
Enter chrome://settings/clearBrowserData in the address bar (Edge has a similar path).
Set the time range to All time.
Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Case B – Safari users:
Menu bar Safari → Preferences → Privacy.
Click Manage Website Data → search for "binance" → Remove.

If the web version is still lagging or refreshing repeatedly, switching to the App is the easiest solution. The App uses a more stable communication protocol and bypasses browser compatibility issues on the web.
Go to the App Store or the Binance official website to download the latest version of the App.
Log into the same account and go to User Center – Identity Verification.
Follow the prompts to continue the verification process.
When this step is done: The App verification page loads normally and enters the document upload or facial recognition stage.
Step 6: Confirm audit status and avoid duplicate submission
Repeated page refreshing may be caused by the system processing your last verification request, and your manual refresh interrupted that process.
Log into your Binance account and go to User Center – Identity Verification.
Check if there is a status prompt like "Under Review" or "Submitted" at the top of the page.
If a review status exists, do not submit again and wait for the system to return the result.
When this step is done: The current verification status is confirmed as "Pending Submission" or "Under Review", without a stuck "Processing" state.
Common failure reasons (based on real feedback)
Using VPN during facial recognition resets the page: Turn off the VPN and reopen the verification page, which usually restores normal function.
Daily attempt limit exhausted: Binance allows a maximum of 10 identity verification attempts per day. If exceeded, you must wait 24 hours.

Do not resubmit ID photos while the page is refreshing: Each submission counts toward the daily attempt limit. Invalid operations will make you wait longer before you can submit again.
Do not click "Resend" verification code repeatedly: Multiple requests in a short period will cause your number to be temporarily restricted. Wait 15 minutes and try again.
After successfully entering the verification page, follow the on-screen instructions to upload complete ID photos in one go.
