What to Prepare When Resubmitting Binance Verification if the Page Keeps Refreshing
Stop first. Do not refresh or retry repeatedly. When the page keeps refreshing, every submission is recorded as an attempt. Binance allows a maximum of 10 verification submissions per day; exceeding this requires a 24-hour wait. You need to first identify at which step the page gets stuck and then address it specifically, rather than submitting over and over.
Prerequisite: Identify Which Type of Refresh You Are Facing
Before taking action, determine the exact form of the page refresh:
Type A: After filling in the information and clicking submit, the page automatically refreshes to a blank screen or the homepage, and all previously filled content disappears.
Type B: After uploading the ID photo, the page gets stuck on loading; after manually refreshing, it goes back to the previous step.
Type C: During the facial recognition step, the camera opens but the page keeps reloading repeatedly.
Type A is the most common, caused by session expiry or cache conflicts. Type B usually indicates a network transmission interruption. Type C involves browser compatibility issues. The steps below cover all three scenarios. Follow them in order and stop when everything returns to normal.
Step 1: Stop All Actions and Check the Current Verification Status
Close all Binance verification-related tabs.
Wait 1 minute, then log into your Binance account again.
Go to [User Center] -> [Identity Verification] and check if the status at the top says "Under Review" or "Submitted".
If there is a review status, do not submit again — the page refresh might just mean the system is processing. Wait for the result.
Completion criterion: Confirm whether the current status is "Pending submission" or "Under review". If it's the latter, stop here and wait for notification.
Step 2: Clear Browser Cache and Cookies (Fixes Type A and B)
The Binance verification page loads many JavaScript scripts. Outdated cache files can interrupt script execution and cause the page to reload repeatedly.
Case A – Chrome/Edge users:
Type chrome://settings/clearBrowserData in the address bar.
Set the time range to [All time].
Check [Cookies and other site data] and [Cached images and files].
Click Clear data and restart the browser.
Case B – Safari users:
Menu bar [Safari] → [Preferences] → [Privacy].
Click [Manage Website Data] → search "binance" → Remove.
Completion criterion: After clearing, log in again and the verification page loads normally without automatic redirects or refreshes.
Step 3: Turn Off VPN and Switch Networks (Fixes Type A and B)
Using a VPN or an unstable network can interrupt data transmission and cause the page to repeatedly request and refresh.
Turn off all VPNs or proxy software (including browser extensions). Binance explicitly recommends not using circumvention tools for verification.
If connected to Wi-Fi, switch to mobile data (4G/5G).
Check whether your phone's time is set to "Automatic" — a time deviation will cause the verification request to be rejected by the server.
Completion criterion: After turning off the VPN and switching networks, the page loads smoothly without going back or refreshing.
Step 4: Clear App Cache (When Refreshing Happens in the App)
If you encounter the page refreshing repeatedly when using the Binance App:
Open the Binance App, tap the profile icon in the top-left corner → tap the [Settings] icon in the top-right.
Scroll down and tap [Clear Cache].
Completely close the App, reopen it, and re-enter the Identity Verification page.
Completion criterion: After clearing the cache, re-enter the verification page and it loads normally.
Step 5: Switch to the Official App or Another Browser (Fixes Type C)
If the camera opens but the page keeps reloading, it's usually a compatibility issue between the browser and the WebAuthn protocol.
Preferred option: Download the official Binance App and continue the facial recognition there — the App uses a more stable communication protocol and bypasses browser compatibility problems.
Alternative option: Switch to Chrome, Edge, or Safari, open an Incognito/Private window, log into the Binance website, and resubmit — incognito mode loads no plugins, eliminating interference from ad blockers.
Completion criterion: On the App or in the new browser, the verification process proceeds normally to submission.
Step 6: Resubmit (Only After Confirming Everything Is Correct)
After clearing the cache, switching networks, or changing devices, return to the Identity Verification page and resubmit. Before submitting, confirm three things:
The ID photo is clear, does not have reflections, and all four corners are intact.
The name and ID number you entered match the document character by character.
Complete the form within 15 minutes; the Binance verification page has a session time limit.
Completion criterion: After submission, the page shows "Under Review" instead of refreshing again or going back to the previous step.
Common Failure Reasons (Based on Real Feedback)
Session expired because not completed within 15 minutes: The Binance identity verification page requires you to finish filling in information and uploading photos within 15 minutes; exceeding this time causes the page to automatically refresh and reset.
Daily attempt limit exhausted: You can attempt identity verification up to 10 times per day; exceeding this requires a 24-hour wait.
After two consecutive automatic review failures, manual review becomes available: If the automatic review fails twice in a row, the system will open a manual review entry, with a typical response time of 24-72 hours.
Risk Reminders
Do not repeatedly click "Resend" for the verification code: Multiple requests in a short time can temporarily blacklist your phone number; wait 15 minutes before trying again.
Page refresh does not equal submission failure: Sometimes the refresh simply means the system is queuing your request. Resubmitting unnecessarily will consume your daily attempts.
Pay attention to the difference between "Clear cache" and "Clear data" when clearing storage: Choose "Clear cache" only, do not choose "Clear data" — the latter will delete local settings and login information in the App.
After the page returns to normal and submission is successful, the status will display "Under Review". Keep an eye on your registered email and in-app notifications — standard review is usually completed within a few minutes to 2 hours. If you have not received a notification after more than 24 hours and you are sure the submission was successful, you can inquire about the progress through the Binance Help Center customer service channel. If the system indicates "Review Failed", check the rejection reason, then troubleshoot using the steps above and try again.
