The answer is: no. Binance isolated margin and cross margin are two independently settled account systems. Isolated margin debt can only be repaid with the margin allocated to that specific isolated position. Cross margin balance cannot be used.

Step 1: Understand how isolated and cross margin are separated
The core difference between these two modes is not the interface, but how funds are accounted for.
Isolated margin mode: You allocate a certain amount of margin to a position, and only that amount can be used to support it. If you lose money, that margin goes to zero, but other funds in your account are not touched.
Cross margin mode: All balances in your futures account are used as shared margin for all positions. All positions share the same margin pool.
Because the isolated and cross margin fund pools are separated, isolated margin debt cannot be repaid by borrowing from the cross margin pool. The system does not provide such an operation.
Step 2: Correct ways to handle isolated margin debt
You can use these two methods in the isolated position interface to repay:
"Repay": Use assets of the same currency in this position to repay directly. For example, if you borrowed USDT, use the USDT in the position to repay.
"Close Position": Sell assets in the position to repay the debt. The system will first sell the asset you specify, and after the trade is completed, use the proceeds to repay the debt.
The page path is: Trade → Margin → Switch to the [Isolated] tab → Find your position → Click "Repay" or "Close Position".
Step 3: Cross margin "Repay All Debt" has nothing to do with isolated margin
Binance cross margin has a feature called "Repay All Debt", which can use collateral assets in your cross margin account to repay cross margin debts.
But this feature only works for cross margin mode and is unrelated to isolated margin debts. When you click it, the "all" refers to all positions under the cross margin account, not all positions across the entire platform.

If you want to move funds from cross margin to isolated margin
The only legitimate path is: first transfer assets from the cross margin account to the spot account, then transfer from the spot account to the isolated margin account. But not all coins can be directly transferred; you need to check the list of supported transfer-in assets on Binance. Moreover, cross-account transfers in margin mode will trigger risk control reviews, so you may not be able to transfer as much as you want.
How to verify the operation is complete: On the margin account page, switch to the [Isolated] tab and check the "Debt" and "Available Balance" fields for your position. If the debt number has dropped to zero, it means the isolated margin debt has been fully repaid.
