What to Do When Your Binance Third-Party Payment Deposit Is Delayed
Third-party payment deposits usually take longer than crypto transfers, but if it exceeds the normal timeframe (usually minutes to hours), first check the deduction status and order status, then submit an appeal through the official channel, attaching key materials such as the bank payment proof for processing.

1. Check the Deduction Status and Order Status First
What to do: Determine whether your money was "deducted but Binance didn't receive it" or "not deducted at all".
How to do it:
Log in to your banking app or payment platform to check whether the amount has actually been deducted.
Log in to Binance, go to [Orders] → [Fiat Orders], find this deposit record, and check the order status.
Scenario A: Deduction successful, but the Binance order shows "Pending" or "No record" → The funds have left your account, but Binance's system has not yet confirmed the credit. This is the most common situation; proceed with the subsequent appeal steps.
Scenario B: Deduction failed, Binance order shows "Failed" or "Cancelled" → The funds will not be deducted. Simply initiate the payment again. If the money was deducted but the order shows as failed, the funds will be automatically refunded within 30 business days.
Scenario C: The transaction page prompts "Payee information changed" → Binance's third-party payment service provider may have changed. For example, Bifinity UAB ceased services on December 31, 2025, to be replaced by other regulated service providers. If you still transferred using the old payee information, the funds may not be automatically matched.
When is this step complete: You have clearly identified the current order status and deduction situation.
Prerequisites: You can log in to your Binance account and can view transaction records on your bank or payment platform.
2. Submit an Appeal Directly (Don't Wait)
What to do: If the deduction was successful but the funds haven't arrived in your Binance account, immediately submit a "Fiat Deposit Not Credited" appeal through Binance's official channels.
How to do it: Binance provides two appeal entry points:
Method 1: Submit from the Help Center
Log in to your Binance account and go to the [Help Center].
Select [Fiat Deposit Not Credited Appeal].
Fill in the deposit details:
Currency and payment method
Deposit amount and transfer date
Transaction ID (if available)
Bank account information (account name, full bank account number, payee name, etc.)
Upload proof of payment, which must include:
Your account name and bank account number
Payee's name and account number
The transaction currency and amount related to Binance
Wait for the result after submission (usually notified via SMS or email).
Method 2: Appeal directly from the Order History page
Log in to Binance, go to [Orders] → [Fiat Orders].
Find the deposit order that has not been credited and click [Appeal] on the right side.
Complete the process according to the on-screen prompts.
When is this step complete: The appeal is successfully submitted and the system generates an appeal reference number.
It is recommended to submit the appeal directly from the Order History page, as this is the shortest path. If you cannot find the order, use the Help Center entry.
3. Impact of Third-Party Payment Service Provider Change (Special Troubleshooting)
What to do: If your payment method has issues after December 31, 2025, check if it is related to the payment service provider change.
How to do it: Binance migrated fiat payment services from Bifinity UAB to other regulated service providers starting December 31, 2025. Although Binance stated that deposit, withdrawal, and trading functions for users would not be interrupted, the payee account information corresponding to some payment methods may have changed.
If the payee name or account number in the payment screenshot does not match the third-party payment information currently displayed on Binance, the funds may not be automatically matched to your account and require manual verification.
When is this step complete: You have confirmed that the payee information you used is consistent with the payment information currently displayed on Binance. If not, note the payment time in the appeal to help customer support locate the funds.

4. Deducted but Order Shows Failed — Wait for Automatic Refund
What to do: If the deduction has occurred but the Binance order shows "Failed" or "Rejected", do not submit the payment again.
How to do it:
Confirm that the order status is "Failed" but the amount has been deducted from your bank/payment account.
Binance's processing rule: Deductions for failed transactions will be automatically refunded to the original payment account within 30 business days.
No additional action is required during this period, but it is advisable to keep the deduction record and order screenshot as evidence for appeal if the refund exceeds the deadline.
When is this step complete: Confirm the refund timeframe (30 business days) and note the expected refund date.
Common failure reasons:
Payment information does not match the Binance account name
The payment method is no longer supported (due to service provider change)
Bank-side anti-money laundering risk control interception
Risk reminders:
Do not resubmit the same payment: If the first deduction occurred but the order failed, resubmitting the payment may result in two deductions, leading to a longer refund process.
The refund cycle is relatively long: Fiat payment refunds usually take 30 business days. Do not submit repeated appeals during this period to avoid affecting the processing progress.
Payee information is subject to the current Binance page: After the payment service provider changes, old payee information may have expired. Always obtain the latest payment instructions from the Binance page before each payment.
How to confirm you have handled it correctly?
After submitting the appeal, you can see the appeal status change to "Processing" on the Binance order page. If there is no feedback for more than 48 hours, you can contact Binance online customer support, providing the appeal reference number and payment screenshot to expedite processing. Once the funds are credited, your spot wallet balance will be updated, and you will receive an email or SMS notification.
