SYN Deposit Not Credited to Binance? How to Check
If your SYN deposit hasn't arrived, first confirm whether the network you used is still supported by Binance. Binance stopped supporting SYN deposits on multiple networks from 16:00 on June 3, 2026, including Arbitrum, Solana, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche C-Chain, Fantom and BNB Smart Chain. If you used any of these networks after that time, the funds are essentially unrecoverable. If you used a network that Binance still supports, then follow the standard self-check process.

1. First, Confirm: Is Your Deposit Network Still on Binance's Supported List?
What to do: This is the most specific point for SYN deposits – first check whether the network has been "delisted" by Binance.
How to do it:
Log in to Binance, go to [Deposit] → [Deposit Crypto], and search for "SYN".
Check the list of supported networks currently shown on the deposit page.
Binance has stopped supporting SYN deposits on the following networks from 16:00 on June 3, 2026:
Arbitrum
Solana
Polygon
Optimism
Avalanche C-Chain
Fantom
BNB Smart Chain (BSC)
When is this step complete? When you clearly know whether the network you used for the deposit is still on Binance's supported list.
This adjustment involves 14 network-token pairs across 5 token types. SYN was the most affected, losing deposit and withdrawal support on 7 networks simultaneously. The stop time is based on the actual block generation time.
2. Case A: Deposit Network Is No Longer Supported (After June 3)
What to do: If you used a removed network, the funds will not be credited and cannot be recovered.
How to do it:
Binance's official announcement clearly states: Deposits made through these networks after the deadline will not be confirmed and may result in permanent loss of assets.
In this case, there is no feasible retrieval path. Binance will not manually process such deposits.
The only remedy: if the deposit has not yet been initiated, switch to a SYN network currently supported by Binance.
When is this step complete? When you acknowledge that your funds are irrecoverable and avoid repeating the same mistake.
Risk reminders:
Permanent asset loss: Binance explicitly states that deposits made via removed networks will not be credited to your account and cannot be recovered.
All affected tokens' supported networks can be viewed on the "Manage Network Status" page: Binance recommends that users check the network options actually displayed on the deposit page before proceeding.
3. Case B: Deposit Network Is Still Supported – Run the Standard Self-Check
What to do: If the network you used for the deposit is still on Binance's supported list but the deposit hasn't arrived, follow the standard process.
How to do it:
Step 1: Check the on-chain status using a block explorer
Copy the TxID and search for it on the corresponding network's block explorer (e.g., Arbiscan for Arbitrum).
Confirm the transaction status is "Success". If it is "Unconfirmed" or "Failed", contact the sender to handle it.
Step 2: Verify the deposit address is correct
Compare the recipient address in the block explorer with the SYN deposit address you copied from Binance. If the addresses don't match, Binance cannot process it.
Step 3: Check whether risk control or a delay has been triggered
Large deposits can sometimes trigger a security review, causing a delay of several hours to 1 business day.
Check Binance's announcement page for any SYN network maintenance notices.
When is this step complete? When you have confirmed the on-chain status is "Success", the address is correct, and there are no maintenance notices.
Prerequisites: You have the TxID, and the deposit was made before 16:00 on June 3, 2026, or you did not use a removed network.

4. Confirmed On-Chain but Not Credited After More Than 1 Hour – Use Self-Service Recovery
What to do: If the on-chain status is "Success", the address is correct, the network is still supported, but it has been more than 1 hour without being credited, submit a self-service recovery application.
How to do it:
Log in to Binance and visit the "Deposit Not Credited" self-service recovery page.
Paste the TxID and submit. If the system can recognize it, the coin, network and amount will be filled in automatically; if not, fill them in manually.
Note: If the system cannot recognize it, you need to enter the full "SYN" in the "Coin" field, and in the "Deposit Network/Address" field, fill in the recipient address shown by the block explorer.
After submission, track the status in [Application Records].
When is this step complete? When you have successfully submitted the application and obtained an application record number.
Prerequisites: The on-chain transaction status is "Success".
How to confirm you've handled it correctly?
After confirming the transaction status is "Success" on a block explorer, if the deposit was made before 16:00 on June 3, 2026, and the network hasn't been removed, it should normally be credited after confirmation. If it hasn't arrived after more than 1 hour and you've ruled out network and address issues, submit a self-service recovery application and follow up in [Application Records]. If you used a removed network for the deposit, the funds are not recoverable – this is the very first thing to confirm when dealing with an SYN deposit that hasn't arrived.
