Can I Directly Withdraw Money from My Binance Copy Trading Wallet?
No. Whether you are a lead trader or a copy trader, funds transferred into the copy trading wallet are segregated and cannot be withdrawn directly. You must first move them back to your spot wallet, then follow the standard withdrawal process.

Why Can't I Withdraw Directly from the Copy Wallet?
This design ensures the stable operation of copy trading. The system moves your copy trading funds from your spot wallet into a separate "copy wallet," preventing these assets from being accidentally withdrawn or used for other trades during copy trading, which could interrupt or fail the copy trade.
Steps: Transfer Money Out of the Copy Wallet
Whether you're a lead trader or a copy trader, getting your money out takes two steps: close the project, then move the funds.
Case A: If you are a lead trader (the one being copied)
Close the lead trading project: Go to the "My Lead" page, confirm there are no open positions (you must close any positions first), then click "Close" or "End Project".
Once the project is closed, funds transfer back automatically: After the project is successfully closed, all assets in your copy wallet (after profit sharing deductions) will be automatically transferred back to your spot wallet. This may take a few minutes to process.
Withdraw from the spot wallet: Go to "Wallet" – "Spot Account", find the relevant coin, click "Withdraw", and follow the normal process.
Confirmation: The project status shows "Closed", and you can see the returned funds in your "Spot Wallet".
Case B: If you are a copy trader (copying someone else's trades)
Stop copying: Go to your "Copy Portfolio" page, click "Stop Copying" or "Close Project".
Assets automatically return to spot wallet: After you stop copying, regardless of profit or loss, the remaining assets in your copy wallet are automatically settled and transferred back to your spot wallet.
Withdraw from the spot wallet: Same as above, go to "Wallet" – "Spot Account" and withdraw normally.
Confirmation: The copy project status shows "Stopped", and the returned funds appear in your "Spot Wallet".
Key Limits and Reminders
Withdrawal restrictions for lead traders: If a lead trader wants to pull out some funds while the project is running, they usually cannot take everything. The system requires a certain minimum margin to remain in the account (e.g., contract copy trading usually needs at least 500 USDT or over 1,000 USDT). Only the excess can be transferred out.
Don't overlook settlement delays: After closing or stopping a project, the system performs a final settlement on unfinished orders and P&L, so funds won't appear in your spot wallet instantly. It's advisable to wait a minute or two and then refresh.

Confirm Completion
After closing or stopping the copy project, go to "Wallet" – "Spot Account" and refresh. Make sure the coins that were in your copy wallet are now back in your spot balance, and the amounts are correct. Once they're in your spot account, you can withdraw or do other operations as usual.
