BPay Global withdrawals to your bank account go through the SWIFT wire transfer channel. The core operation has three steps: confirm your BPay identity verification level, add a bank account under your own name, and submit the withdrawal while checking the fees. Currently, the fee for withdrawing USD is 25 USD per transaction, and the official arrival time is 1–5 business days.

Confirm the prerequisites first

Not all Binance accounts can see this entry. Whether you can use it depends on your region and your Binance VIP level (1 to 9). Only eligible VIP users can see and use this channel.

Fiat currencies supported by BPay Global include USD, GBP, CHF, EUR (non-EEA), PLN, CZK, SEK, HUF, RON, ILS, KWD and more. This article focuses on USD, the most commonly used currency. The process is the same for other currencies, but the receiving currency and possible bank handling fees may differ.

Before you start, you need to confirm two things: whether your Binance account has completed identity verification, and whether your BPay KYC has reached the required level.

BPay identity verification: many people get stuck here

BPay Global is a payment service provider under the Binance Group, licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain. To withdraw through BPay, you need to complete BPay identity verification separately. This is a different process from the KYC of your Binance account itself.

The virtual account channel clearly requires BPay KYC Level 2. If you have only passed Level 1, you need to upgrade before using this feature. The upgrade entry appears during the withdrawal process. When the system detects that you have not activated BPay, it will prompt you to read and agree to the terms, then click [Activate]. If you need to upgrade your KYC level, the [Upgrade Now] option will appear. Follow the in-app instructions to submit additional information.

Verification review takes up to 1 business day. After completion, the system will automatically redirect you to the withdrawal page.

Rules for adding a receiving bank account

BPay withdrawals have clear restrictions on the receiving account: the recipient name must match the name on your Binance account. The official policy does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts. There is no flexibility here. If the name you enter does not match your Binance real-name information, the transfer may be rejected or returned.

If you have not previously deposited via SWIFT, or if you want to add a new bank account, you need to upload a bank statement and wait for channel review. The review usually completes within 1 business day. One Binance account can add up to 5 bank accounts.

When adding a bank account for the first time, allow at least 1 business day for channel review. If you are in a hurry to withdraw, you need to factor in this waiting time.

Withdrawal steps

Using the Binance App:

  1. Log in to the Binance App, tap [Add Funds] - [Withdraw], select [Bank Transfer (SWIFT)] as the withdrawal method, and tap [Continue].

  2. If BPay is not activated yet, read and agree to the terms as prompted, then tap [Activate]. If you need to upgrade KYC, tap [Upgrade Now] to complete the process.

  3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and tap [Preview Order].

  4. Enter your bank account information. Check that the recipient name exactly matches your Binance account name. Upload a bank statement if required by the system.

  5. Confirm the transfer details, including withdrawal amount, fee, estimated arrival amount, last digits of the receiving account, and SWIFT Code.

  6. Submit after confirmation and wait for processing.

Using the website:

Go to [Withdraw], select [USD] - [Bank Transfer (SWIFT)], and click [Identity Verification]. The rest of the process is the same as the App: activate BPay, upgrade KYC if needed, enter the amount, fill in bank information, and confirm submission.

After submitting the withdrawal, you can check the status in [Wallet] - [Transaction History] - [Fiat Orders] - [Withdraw].

Fees: 25 USD is Binance's side; actual arrival may be less

Binance currently charges 25 USD per transaction for SWIFT USD withdrawals. This rate was reduced from 60 USD on January 19, 2026. The fees and limits shown on the page are adjusted regularly, so use the numbers you see before submitting.

25 USD is only the fee charged by Binance. The actual amount received may be lower than "withdrawal amount - 25 USD" because:

Intermediary bank fees: SWIFT transfers may pass through intermediary banks, which charge their own fees. Binance cannot control this.

Receiving bank fees: Your receiving bank may charge an incoming transfer fee or currency conversion fee.

Currency conversion: BPay processes the withdrawal request in USD, but the intermediary bank or your receiving bank may convert USD to your local currency (such as HKD). This conversion is performed by the bank, and Binance cannot intervene.

The official FAQ states that if the actual amount received is lower than expected, you should contact your bank to confirm the deduction details.

Arrival time and status check

The official time frame is up to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed. Some sources state 1–5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends and holidays. If you submit on Friday, the countdown starts from Monday.

You can check the status in [Wallet] - [Transaction History] - [Fiat Orders] - [Withdraw]. After a successful withdrawal, the system will send a notification. You can also enable in-app alerts or SMS alerts.

Final check before submitting

Go through this checklist before clicking confirm:

  1. Recipient name must exactly match your Binance account name. A mismatch will cause the transfer to be rejected or returned.

  2. Bank account information (account number, SWIFT Code) must be accurate. Incorrect details may cause funds to be returned to your Binance account, but bank fees incurred in the process may not be refunded.

  3. Fees and limits must be within your acceptable range. 25 USD is only Binance's fee; the actual cost may be higher.

  4. Withdrawal status should display normally in [Fiat Orders]. If it stays in "Processing" for a long time, you can contact customer service, but first confirm whether it is still within the 5-business-day processing window.

If you are using this for the first time, it is recommended to test the full process with a small amount first. Confirm that your bank can receive SWIFT transfers from BPay normally before considering larger transactions.
