Where to Download Binance Bank Withdrawal Vouchers? Order Details Entry

Fiat withdrawal vouchers fall into two categories: order details screenshot and official bank statement. The former can be obtained directly from Binance's fiat order page, while the latter needs to be exported from your bank. Both can serve as withdrawal records.

Method 1: Fiat Order Details Page (The Most Direct Voucher)

After the withdrawal is complete, the record will appear under [Wallet] → [Fiat Orders]. Tap on the specific order to view the full transaction details, including order number, withdrawal amount, fee, fiat currency type, and status. If you just need to reconcile accounts, save transaction records, or provide proof to a third party, a screenshot of the page is sufficient.

If you need a more formal electronic voucher, look for the "Download" or "Export" button on the order details page. Binance supports exporting transaction records in PDF, Excel, or CSV format.

Some fiat withdrawal order details can also be obtained through the Binance Open Platform API, where fields like order status, amount, and fees can be retrieved. However, regular users can simply use the web interface.

Method 2: Bank Statement (Required for Exchange Disputes or Account Appeals)

If you need to submit a voucher to Binance customer support for P2P disputes or account appeals, it must be a PDF bank statement exported from your bank, not a screenshot from Binance.

Log in to your banking app or online banking, export the transaction history in PDF format, set the time range to at least three months, and make sure the file includes the date, time, currency, full bank account number, and account holder's name. Do not stitch together screenshots, and do not edit or crop the document. Binance has stated clearly that edited files will be rejected outright.

Case A: Need a Transaction History Summary (Not Individual Vouchers)

If you need not just a single order voucher, but a comprehensive report of all fiat deposits and withdrawals over a period of time, go to Binance's "Data Download Center" or "Privacy Center" to export your full transaction history.

Click [Wallet] → [Transaction History] → [Export Deposit & Withdrawal History], select the date range and format (Excel/PDF), and the system will generate a complete file containing all fiat orders. You can also request a "Personal Data" copy through the "Privacy Center," which includes all historical transaction records, but note that regenerating it requires at least a 7-day interval.

Verification Steps After Obtaining the Voucher

After obtaining the voucher, check these three things:

  1. The order number or transaction ID matches the one in the Binance system.

  2. The amount, currency, and fee data are accurate.

  3. The file name or page clearly displays a timestamp, making it easy for future reconciliation.

Next Step: If you need these documents for tax filing or fund tracking, we recommend saving both the order details screenshot and the bank statement into a folder named by month after each fiat withdrawal. Spending one minute on the withdrawal day will save you much more time than digging through three months of data later.
