If your recurring buy shows a successful charge but you don't see any purchase, it's almost never a case of lost money—you're just looking in the wrong place. Recurring buy purchase records are not in the regular "Order History"; they have their own dedicated section.

Scenario A: The charge happened but the execution time hasn't arrived yet
The "successful charge" you see might be a verification hold when creating the plan, not an actual purchase.
After you set up a recurring buy plan, the first trade's execution time depends on your frequency: 1/4/8/12-hour plans execute 1 hour after creation; daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly plans execute on the scheduled date and time you set. So if you check right after creating the plan, your funds are likely still there—the plan just hasn't run yet.
What to do: Go to 【Orders】→【Convert History】→【Recurring Buy History】 and check the "Next Trade Date" field.
Completion criteria: You can confirm whether the plan's first scheduled execution time has already passed.
Scenario B: Insufficient balance caused the purchase to fail, but the system retried
The logic for recurring buy charges: At the start of each cycle, the system checks if the selected account balance is enough to cover the purchase cost. If not, that cycle's buy fails. The system will keep trying in the next cycle, and only if it fails for 6 consecutive months will the plan be cancelled.
Many people see "successful charge" from a previous cycle, but because the balance was moved or used elsewhere, the current cycle's purchase fails.
What to do: Check your recurring buy history for recent records and look for any "Failed" status.
Completion criteria: You can see the execution status of the last few cycles in recurring buy history and confirm whether they were "Success" or "Failed".
Scenario C: Wrong place—the order is somewhere else
The recurring buy purchase record is not in the regular "Order History." The fixed path is: 【Orders】→【Convert History】→【Recurring Buy History】. If you go looking in spot order history, you obviously won't find it.
What to do: Follow the path above to enter Recurring Buy History. The list will show each executed purchase's buy price, quantity, and status.
Completion criteria: You are on the correct page and can see the execution details of your recurring buy plan.
Risk note: The price for recurring buys may differ from the live market price on Binance Spot. If you compare your recurring buy price with the real-time price and feel you "bought higher," that's not a failed charge—it's how the recurring buy price mechanism works. The system generates a quote at your scheduled execution time, which may be slightly higher or lower than the market price at that moment.

Verification Steps After You Operate
Go to 【Orders】→【Convert History】→【Recurring Buy History】 and check the most recent execution record.
If the record shows "Success," check your spot wallet to see if the balance of the corresponding crypto has increased.
If the record shows "Failed," check if the funding account balance is sufficient—the recurring buy plan uses your Spot Wallet by default; if the balance is insufficient, the system won't auto-deduct from other wallets. You need to manually transfer funds to your Spot Wallet and wait for the next scheduled cycle to execute automatically.
Next step if needed: If the recurring buy history shows "Failed" but your Spot Wallet balance is indeed enough, check whether you have multiple plans that might be competing for the same funds. Recurring buy plans cannot be edited or stopped within 5 minutes before and after a trade is processed. If you need to adjust, avoid that window.
