In most cases, this blank page has nothing to do with your account. It is usually caused by a restricted version, regional limits, or a conflict between local cache and your network. Follow the two steps below. You likely only need the first step.
Step 1: Check if your app is a restricted version
Many blank pages or missing features come from downloading the wrong version.
Case A: The icon has a "US" label If the app icon clearly shows Binance.US, it is the US compliance version. It has limited features, and many trading pairs and futures pages are unavailable. Users in mainland China, Hong Kong, and other regions should use the global version, whose icon only shows "Binance" or the Binance logo, not Binance.US.
Case B: The app does not offer Simplified Chinese, or some pages say "not available in your region" This usually means you downloaded a region-restricted version, or your IP is detected as being in a restricted region, such as the United States or Singapore. This can cause some pages to be blank or fail to load.
Make sure you are using the global Binance app.
Android users should download the APK from the official website. iOS users need to use an Apple ID for Taiwan or Hong Kong to download from the App Store. A US Apple ID will likely give you the restricted version.
Open the app. If the icon has no "US" label, the interface can switch to Simplified Chinese, and you can see full entries such as "Trade" and "Futures", the version check is complete.
Step 2: Clear cache or reinstall the app
If your version is correct but the page keeps loading or stays blank, the client cache data is likely damaged, or proxy rules are not working properly.
Some users confirmed that clearing the cache in settings and restarting fixes the issue. If not, uninstalling and reinstalling is the most thorough solution.
Path: Profile icon in the top-left corner of the app home page → Settings (gear icon in the top-right) → scroll down to find "Clear Cache". If this still does not work, uninstall the app in your phone system settings, then reinstall from an official source.
After reopening the app, the market and trading pages should load data normally without a blank screen.
Risk reminder: When reinstalling the app or switching app store accounts, only use the official Binance website (www.binance.com) or your phone's official app store. Any "installation package", "enterprise-signed version", or TestFlight link sent by strangers is a common phishing trap. Never use them.
Common reasons: still blank after clearing cache?
Reason 1: VPN split routing is not set correctly If you use a VPN and have "smart routing" enabled or use a Hong Kong node, sometimes app traffic does not go through the proxy after an update, causing loading failure. Switching the VPN to global proxy and choosing a Taiwan or Japan node usually solves it.
Reason 2: App version is too old If your app version is too old, new API interfaces may not be compatible, and pages may fail to load. Check for an "Update" button in the app store.

How to confirm the fix
The blank page disappears, candlestick charts load, or balances in the "Assets" page display normally. If you have tried both steps and still see a blank page, switch to a different Wi-Fi or use mobile data. If it still fails, use the mobile browser to open the web version as a temporary solution.
