Before you register, you can check which features are available in your region by visiting Binance's official Help Center and searching for "restricted regions" or "available regions." The official list is the most accurate. Third-party information is only for reference.
Official Entry Points
Here are official channels you can use:
Binance Support page: Find "Help Center" or "Support" at the bottom of the official website. Search for "restricted countries" or "region restrictions."
New trading pair announcements: Each time Binance lists a new coin or trading pair, the announcement usually includes an updated list of restricted countries. Users in those regions cannot trade the new pairs.
Binance App prompts: If you log in and a feature does not work, the page usually shows "not supported in your region." That message is a direct signal.
Three Types of Region Restrictions
Fully blocked regions: Places under sanctions such as Iran, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and Crimea cannot access the website or app at all.
Regions with separate platforms: U.S. users can only use Binance.US, which has fewer features and coins. Canada and the Netherlands have fully exited Binance, and they have not returned yet.
Supported regions with limited features: Even if you can register in your region, not all features may be available. Futures and derivatives are restricted in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, and most EU countries. EU users are affected by MiCA regulation, and some unauthorized stablecoins are also limited.
Next Steps
Before registering, go to the Binance official Help Center and search for your region. Check whether core features such as spot trading, P2P, and futures are supported. If you see options grayed out or cannot click them, the feature is restricted. Do not try repeatedly. Also note that Binance.com and Binance.US are two separate systems with separate accounts. If you are in the U.S. or Canada, do not register on .com because you will not pass identity verification (KYC).
