1. What Is the Node Plan?
Simply put, it allows you to leverage your influence to invite new users to register on OKX and earn commissions from their future trading fees. Unlike standard referrals, the Node Plan offers along-term earning model—as long as your invitees continue trading, you keep earning commissions with no fixed expiration.

2. Application Requirements
Hard Requirements:
Successfully invite10 valid new users
Each user must complete any orderwithin 14 daysof registration, with atrading volume ≥50 USDT
Eligible trading volume includes: Spot, Flash Swap, Futures, Margin, Options (excluding C2C)
Invitees flagged by the risk control system will not count toward the valid user count.
Identity Requirements:
Be at least 18 years old
Complete KYC verification (≥Lv.2)

Once conditions are met, go to the "Promotion Center" and click "Upgrade to Node". The system will verify your eligibility, and upon approval, you will receive node status.
3. Commission Rates and Evaluation Rules
The default node commission rate is30%, which can be upgraded based on your invitees' trading volume.
Conditions for Earning Commission:
Your invitee generates valid trading fees (net trading fees)
Commissions are issued 1–2 hours after the trade, settled every hour
Scenarios Where No Commission Is Earned:
Trading zero-fee cryptocurrencies
Using commission vouchers or trial funds to offset fees
The user enjoys VIP special rates (VIP 4 and above impose caps on node commissions)
The invitee is located in a non-commission region
The node account is frozen or the commission rate is set to 0
Node Level Evaluation:
Evaluated monthly based on your friends' trading volume and number of new/active traders in that month
If you fail to meet the criteria for 3 consecutive months, your level will drop
If you drop to Level 0, your commission eligibility is terminated
Beginner Protection Period:
After becoming a node, you enjoy a5-calendar-month protection period
During the protection period, your commission rate will not fall below the rate of the first month's level
If you become a node before the 15th of the month, you get a 5-month protection period; after the 15th, you get 6 months

Can existing users directly apply to become a node?
Yes. As long as your account has completed KYC verification and has not been invited by someone else, you can upgrade to a node by inviting 10 valid new users within 30 days.
What is the difference between the Node Plan and regular referrals?
Regular referrals offer a one-time reward; the Node Plan provideslong-term commissions. As long as your invitees continue trading on OKX, commissions keep accruing, and the commission rate (starting at 30%) is significantly higher than regular referrals.
Can I add a referral code if I forgot to enter it during registration?
No. The referral relationship is only established through the referral code entered at registration. Once the account is created, the code cannot be added later. If you wish to register through a node channel, ensure you enter the correct referral code at the time of registration.
