"Verification Failed" or "Resubmit Required": There is an issue with the materials, and you need to re-upload according to the prompts.

Step 3: Pay attention to notifications
The review result will be pushed through the following channels:

Common Reasons for Delay
Peak period queue: The number of submissions surges during active market periods, and review times may be extended.
Photo quality does not meet standards: Images with glare, blurriness, or incomplete corners will be sent for manual review, which is much slower than automatic review.
Submitted on weekends or holidays: The manual review team processes faster on working days. Submissions on weekends may be postponed to Monday.

Account functions are restricted before verification takes effect: An unverified account cannot trade, withdraw, or use core functions such as margin and futures.
