During this time, withdrawals are normally blocked. This prevents funds from being quickly moved out if your account is compromised.
The "whitelist" is a trusted list of withdrawal addresses. You can add commonly used withdrawal addresses to the whitelist in advance. Once enabled, withdrawals are usually only allowed to addresses on the whitelist. This stops your funds from being sent to a wrong address or intercepted by hackers. When you make your first withdrawal, if the destination address is not on the whitelist, the system will ask you to add it first. The addition process will verify your existing security items (such as email and phone codes). This setting itself does not have a fixed waiting time, but the speed of adding a new address depends on the platform's risk control.
