Common Reasons for Deposit Failures
Wrong network selection: Sending W on BSC to OKX's Solana deposit address. This is the most frequent serious error, and deposits generally cannot be credited automatically – you will need to contact customer support (with no guarantee of recovery).
Below minimum deposit amount: If the transfer amount is lower than OKX's set minimum deposit threshold, it may not be credited. Check the exact minimum limit displayed on the OKX deposit page.
Insufficient gas fees: When initiating an on-chain transfer, the wallet lacks enough gas tokens (e.g., sending ERC-20 W requires ETH for gas).

How to Verify the Operation Was Successful
After depositing, search for W on the OKX [Assets] page and check whether your available balance has increased by the expected amount.
Then go to [Deposit History] and check the status of this deposit – if it shows "Completed", the funds are ready to use; if "Pending", wait for the required number of on-chain confirmations and it will automatically update to completed.
If the deposit does not arrive after more than 30 minutes, check the TxID status on a blockchain explorer. If the chain shows success but OKX has not credited the funds, contact OKX customer support and provide the TxID.
