How to Deposit RENDER on OKX: Render Network Funding Tutorial
RENDER is the native token of Render Network, the upgraded token after the RNDR rebrand. OKX supports spot trading pairs such as RENDER/USDT, allowing you to pay for rendering services on the decentralized GPU rendering network. Render Network has completed the token swap from the old code RNDR to RENDER at a 1:1 ratio. Here are the specific deposit steps.
1. Preparation: Account and USDT
Before you begin, complete these two preparations.
Register and complete identity verification: Download the OKX App or visit the official website to sign up, then follow the instructions to submit your ID or passport for KYC. This is a prerequisite for trading; without verification, you cannot deposit or trade.
Deposit USDT into your account: RENDER is paired with USDT on spot markets, so you need USDT in your account. In the App, tap [Assets] → [Deposit], select USDT, and the system will generate a deposit address. Transfer USDT from your other wallet to this address. Critical risk: USDT is available on different networks such as ERC-20 and TRC-20. You must select the exact network shown on the OKX deposit page. Choosing the wrong network will result in permanent loss of your funds.
2. Find RENDER and Place an Order
Once funds are available, you can buy RENDER.
Find the RENDER trading pair: In the market search bar at the top of the App, type RENDER and select the RENDER/USDT spot trading pair from the results.
Place an order:
Market order (fastest): Enter the amount in USDT or the quantity of RENDER you wish to buy. The system executes the trade at the current best price.
Limit order (more control): Set the price per token and the quantity. Your order will be filled automatically when the market reaches your set price.
Completion check: After placing the order, go to [Assets] → [Spot Account]. If you see a RENDER balance, you have successfully purchased it.
3. Key Risk Reminders
Token has been upgraded; stop using RNDR: Render Network has completed its rebranding. The new ticker is RENDER. Do not deposit old RNDR tokens. Major exchanges no longer support deposits or withdrawals of old RNDR. If you still hold old RNDR, you must first confirm that the swap has been completed.
Network selection is a hard requirement: Selecting the wrong network when depositing USDT is the most common cause of asset loss. Before transferring, double-check that the address and network type match exactly what is shown on the OKX deposit page.
How to confirm the operation is complete:
After a successful order, go to OKX's "Assets" page and enter your "Spot Account." If you see a RENDER balance, the deposit process is complete. If the balance hasn't changed, check your "Order Center" to see whether your order has been filled.
