Network address verification: HNT is the native token of the Helium network, but there is also a cross-chain version on the Solana network. If you need to withdraw HNT from OKX to an on-chain wallet in the future, make sure the receiving network you select (Helium mainnet or Solana) matches the network supported on the OKX withdrawal page. Contract addresses differ across networks; choosing the wrong one will lead to loss of assets.
Spot vs. futures: OKX may list both spot and futures for HNT. If you search for HNT in the "Futures" section and open a position, you are trading with leverage, not holding the token. Confirm you are on the "Spot" trading page before placing your order.
