To deposit CATI on OKX, simply transfer your CATI assets from your game wallet (such as the Catizen bot) or an external wallet to your OKX CATI deposit address. CATI is a token on the TON chain, so you must use the TON network for the deposit. Choosing the wrong network will result in asset loss.

1. Before You Deposit: Confirm You Have CATI Assets

CATI is the token of the Telegram game Catizen. Most users get their CATI from the game airdrop or Binance Launchpool mining.

Step 1: Determine Where Your CATI Is

  • What to do: Check whether your CATI is stored in the Catizen game or in a wallet.

  • How to do it:

    • Case A (In the Catizen game): Open the Catizen bot on Telegram and go to the "Airdrop" page. CATI tokens may not yet be available for on-chain transfers; some versions display "Automatically deposited to the bound exchange account." Refer to the in-game interface for details.

    • Case B (In an external wallet): Confirm that you are using a wallet that supports the TON chain (such as Tonkeeper, Trust Wallet, etc.) and that you can see your CATI token balance.

  • Completion criteria: You know exactly where your CATI is currently held.

Prerequisite: You have completed identity verification (KYC) on OKX. Unverified accounts cannot deposit.

2. Step 1: Generate a CATI Deposit Address on OKX

Step 2: Go to the deposit page and select CATI

  • What to do: Open the OKX app or website and go to Assets → Deposit.

  • How to do it:

    • App: Bottom "Assets" → "Deposit" → search for "CATI".

    • Website: Top right "Assets" → "Deposit" → select "CATI".

  • Completion criteria: You are on the CATI deposit page.

Step 3: Choose the TON network and copy the address

  • What to do: Select TON (The Open Network) as the deposit network.

  • How to do it: CATI is a token on the TON chain. OKX will display all supported deposit networks for this currency; be sure to choose the TON network. Once selected, the page will generate a deposit address.

  • Completion criteria: You have copied the TON network CATI deposit address generated by OKX.

3. Step 2: Transfer CATI from an External Source to OKX

Step 4: Initiate the transfer

  • What to do: Open the wallet or game interface where your CATI is stored and initiate a "transfer" or "withdrawal".

  • How to do it:

    1. Paste the OKX CATI deposit address you just copied.

    2. Confirm the network is TON.

    3. Enter the amount and submit.

  • Completion criteria: The sending side displays "Withdrawal successful" or "Transaction broadcast" and you receive a transaction ID (TxID).

Step 5: Wait for the deposit to arrive

  • What to do: Wait for blockchain confirmations.

  • How to do it: TON chain transfers are usually fast and complete within a few minutes. The actual arrival time depends on the status in OKX's "Deposit History".

  • Completion criteria: Your CATI balance in your OKX account has increased.

Common failure reasons:

  1. Wrong network selected: CATI must be sent via the TON network. Do not select other networks like ERC20 or BSC, as assets sent on the wrong chain will most likely be unrecoverable.

  2. Incorrect address: Copy and paste the address directly; do not manually type it.

Risk reminder:

  • Assets sent on the wrong chain are extremely difficult to recover: This is the most serious deposit risk. Always double-check that both the sending wallet's network and the OKX deposit page network are set to TON.

  • For the first deposit, test with a small amount: Transfer a small amount of CATI first to test the process, and only transfer larger amounts after confirming the small deposit has arrived.

How to confirm a successful deposit?

Open the OKX app, go to "Assets" → "Funding Account", and check if your CATI balance has increased. Then go to "Deposit History" and confirm the status is "Completed". If it has not arrived after more than 30 minutes, contact OKX customer support with your TxID.
