Checking your OKX deposit limit is simple: log in to the App or website, go to [Buy Crypto] or [Deposit], pick your fiat currency and payment method. The page will show the minimum and maximum limits per transaction, daily limit, and monthly limit for that channel. Limits are not fixed—they depend on your identity verification level and the specific payment channel you use.

Step 1: View Real-Time Limits on the Fiat Deposit/Buy Crypto Page

Path: OKX App bottom [Deposit] → under Fiat select your currency (e.g., USD, AUD, CNY) → the page lists all available payment methods.

What to do:

  1. Choose a payment method (e.g., bank transfer, Pix, SEPA).

  2. The page shows the fees, processing time, and remaining available limit.

  3. Click the "ⓘ" or "Limit" icon next to it to see detailed minimum limit, daily limit, weekly limit, monthly limit and more.

Completion standard: The limit numbers you see are real-time and change as you use up your quota. If a channel's daily limit is used up, it will show as 0 or become unavailable.

Common mistake: Many people want to check their per-transaction limit before choosing a payment method, but OKX's logic is select the payment method first, then see the limit—without selecting a method, no numbers appear. Also, C2C buy limits have special rules: the single trade limit depends on the seller's ad settings, not a platform-wide standard.

Step 2: Know Your Account Total Limit Based on KYC Level (Reference)

Besides per-channel limits, your overall account cap depends on your identity verification level.

Approximate limits for different verification levels (using CNY and USD examples):

  • Completed identity verification: total C2C buy amount around 20,000 CNY, 24-hour withdrawal limit 10,000,000 USD, deposits unlimited.

  • Completed video verification: C2C buy total limit removed, single buy 10‑20,000 CNY, C2C sell single trade up to 10‑40,000,000 CNY.

Note: C2C buy has a "30‑day rolling limit" rule—once you exceed it, you can still buy, but the coins bought from the excess amount cannot be withdrawn or sold for N days (N depends on the excess).

Completion standard: You can judge whether there is a risk of hitting your cumulative limit based on your current verification level (especially when C2C buy exceeds 20,000 CNY, video verification is triggered).

Risk reminder: C2C trades are bank transfers, not direct card deduction by the platform. So each trade's limit is set by the seller's ad, and the platform does not guarantee unlimited amounts for every channel. Also, the platform charges 0 fees for C2C trades; only your bank or payment channel will charge transfer fees, and these fees do not appear on OKX's limit page.

How to Verify After Checking Limits

After reviewing the limits, confirm these:

  1. Actual available amount: Go to [Buy Crypto] or [Deposit], pick a payment method, and the "Remaining Limit" shown is the real amount you can use right now.

  2. C2C buy special restriction: If the page says "Exceeding the limit will trigger a T+N restriction," it means your current buy amount is near the 30‑day rolling cap. Coins bought from the excess portion cannot be withdrawn immediately and must wait N days.

Next step: If the current limit is not enough, go to the [Identity Verification] page and check if you've completed video verification (video verification unlocks higher limits). Limits update automatically once verified—no extra application needed. If a single payment channel's daily limit is exhausted, wait 24 hours for it to reset, or switch to another payment method.
