5. Handling Cases Where Rewards Are Not Credited

What to do: If you have completed the task and clicked claim but the reward has not been credited within 24 hours, troubleshoot the reason.

How to do it:

  • Check if the claim deadline has passed: All tasks must be completed within 14 days after registration. Rewards not claimed within the period will be forfeited.

  • Check whether the trade has been executed: Pending orders that have not been filled are not counted in the valid trading volume. Make sure the order has been fully executed.

  • Take a screenshot of the task completion status: Record the completion time, trading amount, and other information shown on the page as evidence for appeal.

  • Contact OKX customer service: Use the in-app online customer service (bottom-right "Help" → "Online Support") or submit a ticket on the official website, providing your registration time, the invitation code used, and screenshots of task completion.
