To tell OKX and Binance official registration pages apart, the key is not whether the page looks similar. Instead, check the domain and verify it with official tools. There are only a few official domains: OKX is okx.com, and Binance is binance.com. Be cautious about any domain that differs from these two.

Step 1: Remember the two official domains, and do not trust search engine ads
OKX official website: www.okx.com
Binance official website: www.binance.com
Scam sites often buy a look-alike domain, such as okx.com.badsite.com, binance-support.net, or 0kx.com. Type the official URL directly into your browser. Do not click ads from search engine results. Phishing sites often buy ad spots and appear above real results. They can look more real than the real site, but the domain differs by one or two letters.
Step 2: Use official channels to verify links and contacts
Both platforms offer public official verification tools. If you receive any link, email, phone call, or social media account claiming to be official, check it yourself. This is the most reliable way.
OKX verification entry:
App: tap the profile icon in the top left → [Help Center] → [Official Channel Verification]
Web: go directly to okx.com/support-center/channel-verification
Can verify: website links, emails, phone numbers, Telegram, X, WeChat, QQ, Discord, and more
Binance verification entry:
On the official website, go to [Help] at the bottom → [Official Verification Channel], or visit binance.com/official-verification
If the verification result shows "Unverified," stop communicating immediately. Do not click links, enter passwords, or transfer funds.
Step 3: Check key details to avoid scams
1. Official App download channels
Download the OKX Android app from
okx.com/downloador Google PlayDownload Binance from
binance.comNever click Telegram links, "Download" buttons in text messages, or third-party APKs. Those are very likely fake.
2. Official email domains
OKX currently uses these official email suffixes:
@okx.com
@mailer1.okx.com
@mailer2.okx.com
@service2.okx.com
When you receive an email, first check whether the sender address uses one of these suffixes. Even if the address looks correct, stay alert if the email asks you to click a link or enter personal information. You can export the EML file and check the spf, dkim, and dmarc verification fields. If any of them shows "fail," it is a fake email.
3. Official customer service will not message you first
OKX: Official communities and customer service will not message users first. On Telegram, look for the blue verified badge.
Binance: Official customer service will not contact you first on Telegram or WhatsApp to ask for your password or verification code.
Anyone asking for your password, verification code, or seed phrase is a scammer.
4. Official apps are not available in mainland China App Store
The real OKX and Binance apps cannot be found in the App Store for mainland China. This is because the official platforms are not listed in mainland China's App Store. If you find and download one there, it is very likely fake.

Final verification after you finish
If you are not sure whether the page you are using is real, go directly to the official help center of OKX or Binance. Search for "official website" or "download," then enter through the help center page. That is the cleanest entry point. After entering, check the domain in the browser address bar. Confirm that it ends with okx.com or binance.com before doing anything.
