BNB fee deduction records are viewed separately for spot and futures. For spot, check "Spot Order History"; for futures, go to "Futures Account – Today's PnL". You can also find a complete record in the funding flow.

First, confirm your BNB deduction feature is enabled. The path: Binance App → bottom right [My] → [Settings] → [Trading Settings] → [Fee Payment Method]. Toggle it on. Your spot wallet must have available BNB – staked or locked BNB does not count. If the balance is insufficient, the system will silently switch back to charging fees in the original asset without any warning. This is the most common reason why many users think the discount isn't working.

Spot Trading: Check Fee Details in "Order History"

To find your BNB discount record for spot trading: Binance App → bottom right [My] → [Transaction History] → switch to the [Spot] tab at the top. Tap any filled order, expand the details, and scroll to the "Fee" or "Transaction Fee" section. If BNB discount was applied, you will see "BNB Discount Amount" and "Savings Percentage", for example, "After discount: 0.0005 BTC (BNB discount 50%)". You have verified the record once you see the "BNB discount" label and the specific amount of BNB used.

Futures Trading: Go to "Futures Account" for Daily Summary

To check BNB discount records for futures: Binance App → bottom right [My] → [Assets] → enter [Futures Account] → at the top, tap "Today's PnL" or "Today's Realized PnL". Filter by "Trading Fee" or "Transaction Fee" to see the daily summary. Note a key difference: for BNB to cover futures fees, you must first transfer it into your Futures Account. Having it only in the spot wallet is not enough – the system cannot deduct it from there. If you've transferred BNB but still don't see the discount, check this step first.

Risk Reminder: If you hold a "Trading Fee Discount Voucher" (sometimes labeled "Buy Crypto Fee Discount Voucher"), it will stack with the BNB deduction. Refund records for such vouchers are found under Wallet → History → [Distribution] tab, not in the order history paths above. Also, different voucher types have different scopes; a buy crypto voucher only applies to buy crypto operations within the specified period and cannot be used across other scenarios.

Unified Check: Filter "Fee" in Funding Flow

If the above two methods feel too scattered, the most direct way is to check the general ledger: Binance App → bottom right [My] → [Assets] → top right [History] or [Funding Flow] → filter by type "Fee" or "Transaction Fee". You will see all deducted fees, with the currency shown as BNB. You have completed the reconciliation once you can filter and view all BNB-related fee records in the funding flow.

Common Reasons for Failure: Many people assume that simply turning on the switch is enough, overlooking that when the BNB balance is insufficient, the system will "silently" switch back to the original asset for fee payment without any pop-up warning. Another pitfall is that futures fee deductions require an internal transfer first – they are not automatically taken from your spot account. If everything above is fine but you still can't find the discount, go back to [Trading Settings] and double-check that the switch is actually on. Some app updates may reset it to the off position.

Next Step: Place a small spot limit order. Immediately after execution, open the spot order history, tap the details, and confirm if the "BNB discount" label appears. This is the most direct verification. If the label is missing for a specific large trade, the reason is likely that your spot wallet BNB balance was insufficient at that moment.
