Binance provides a unified export portal for trade history in the Data Download Center. You can filter by time range and trading pair, and the generated report can be downloaded within its validity period.

Step 1: Access the Data Download Center

  • On the web: Log in to your Binance account, hover over the profile icon in the top right corner, and click [Export Reports] or [Data Download Center] from the dropdown menu.

  • On the mobile app: Go to [Wallet] – [Transaction History] or [Orders] related page, and find the [Export] icon.

Step 2: Set Filters and Generate the Report

On the Data Download Center page, set the export parameters according to your needs.

  • Select Report Type: Usually choose "Trade History" or "Full Trade History". For specific products (such as Binance Alpha orders), you may need to first select the product under the [Orders] category before exporting.

  • Set Time Range: You can customize a start and end date, or pick a preset range (Past 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, etc.).

  • Select Trading Pair (Optional): Some export interfaces let you further filter by trading pair (Symbol). If you don't specify one, the system will usually export records for all trading pairs within the chosen time range.

  • Select File Format: Usually CSV, Excel, or PDF format is available.

  • Generate the Report: After confirming your settings, click [Generate] or [Export] to submit the request.

Completion criteria: The page shows "Report is being generated" or the request has been submitted, and the system starts preparing your data.

Risk notice: After the report is generated, the download link is usually valid for only 7 days. Once it expires, you must reapply. Additionally, custom reports may have generation limits (e.g., Binance.US allows up to 10 per month) or a maximum single query time range (e.g., 12 months).

Step 3: Download the Generated Report

  • Receive notification: When the report is ready, you will be notified by SMS or email.

  • Return to Download Center: Re-enter the Data Download Center and find your report in the "Export Details" or "History Requests" list.

  • Download the file: Click the corresponding [Download] button and save the file locally.

Completion criteria: The file is successfully downloaded to your computer or phone and can be opened and viewed normally.

Common Reasons for Failure

  • Link expired: More than 7 days have passed after the report was generated without downloading.

  • Time range too large or too small: Some query interfaces limit the time span to a maximum number of days. When exporting via the page, also pay attention to any on-screen limit prompts.

  • Records exceed system storage period: Very old orders that meet conditions such as "final status canceled and no trades, created over 3 days" or "order created over 90 days" may not be retrievable through some interfaces.

After Exporting

  • Verification method: Open the downloaded CSV or Excel file and check that it contains the trade records for your desired time period.

  • Next steps: If the report is incomplete, try narrowing the time range and regenerate it. For long-term archiving, save the file to cloud storage or your local hard drive immediately after downloading to avoid reapplying once the link expires.
