How to Change a Wrong Email During Binance Registration
Whether you can change a wrong email depends on your account's verification status and whether you can still log in. For accounts that have completed identity verification (KYC), changing the email requires dual verification via the old and new email, along with account password/transaction password confirmation—this process cannot be skipped. If you cannot log in, you must go through the manual review channel.

Logged-In Status: Standard Modification Process
If you can still log into your account, follow the steps below to replace the email with the correct one. The process is essentially the same on both the web and app versions; here, we use the app version as an example:
Steps
Open theBinanceapp, go to the [Profile] page, tap the [Settings] icon in the top right corner, and enter [Security Center].
Find the [Email Management] or [Email] option, and tap [Change Email].
The system will require identity verification: enter the SMS verification code sent to your linked phone number and the verification code sent to your current email (dual verification).
After passing verification, enter thenew email address. The system will send a verification email to the new address. Open the email, click the link, or enter the verification code to complete verification.
Return to the app interface, enter youraccount transaction password(or complete biometric verification), and confirm the change submission.
Key Restrictions After Modification
After successfully changing the email,withdrawals and C2C trading will be disabled for 24 hours.
The original emailcannot be used to re-registera Binance account for 30 days.
The old email will become immediately invalid and cannot be used for login or receiving verification codes.
Result Confirmation
After submission, try logging in with the new email once to ensure you can receive login verification codes. Check in [Security Center] whether the linked email address has been updated.
Unlogged Status: If the Wrong Email Cannot Receive Verification Codes
If the email you entered is invalid and cannot receive any emails, and you havelogged out, making the standard process impossible, you must go through themanual review channel.
Steps
Visit the Binance Help Center atbinance.com/help, click [Contact Support] → [Account Security] → [Unable to Access Linked Email/Phone].
Fill out the appeal form, providing as much of the following information as possible for identity verification:
The prefix of the email used during registration
The most recent deposit address or transaction record
KYC document type and last four digits of the document number
The approximate year the account was created
Upload clear photos of the front and back of your ID document, along with areal-time video of you holding the document(showing your full face and key document details).
After submission, wait for manual review. Typically, within72 hours, you will receive an encrypted email reply containing a one-time security link. This link is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once. Follow the prompts to complete the email update.
Common Failure Reasons
Information Mismatch: The KYC information provided does not match what was submitted during registration, or the face in the video does not match the ID photo.
Unclear Materials: ID photos are blurry or reflective, or the handheld video does not show the full face.
Insufficient Waiting Time: Manual review typically takes 1-3 business days. Do not resubmit during this period to avoid prolonging the review cycle.

Risk Reminders
