What to Do If Your WLD Deposit to Binance Hasn't Arrived?
First, confirm two things: whether you used WorldChain or another network, and whether Binance supports that network. Binance completed the Worldcoin (WLD) mainnet integration and opened deposits and withdrawals on October 24, 2024, but WorldChain is not yet on the supported list. If you deposited using WorldChain, the funds cannot arrive and you will need to wait until Binance completes the WorldChain integration before you can recover them through the self-service recovery function, which is estimated to take about 3-4 weeks.

1. Confirm the Deposit Network You Used
What to do: First determine which network you selected when initiating the transfer; this is the first step in judging whether the funds can arrive.
How to do it:
- WLD currently exists in multiple network versions, including Ethereum (ERC20), Optimism, and Worldcoin's own WorldChain.
- Binance completed WLD mainnet integration on October 24, 2024, and supports deposits via the WLD mainnet.
- However, WorldChain is not currently in Binance's supported network list. If you used WorldChain, the funds will not arrive automatically.
When you're done: Clearly know which network you selected for the deposit—WorldChain, Optimism, or Ethereum.
The Worldcoin (WLD) project team has deployed its own WorldChain network, and some wallets default to this network. Binance has not yet integrated WorldChain, so deposits using that network cannot arrive directly at present.
2. Case A: You Used WorldChain – Funds Cannot Arrive Yet; Wait for Binance Integration
What to do: If you selected WorldChain for the deposit, the funds cannot currently be credited, but they are not permanently lost.
How to do it:
- Keep your TxID (transaction hash). This is the only proof for later recovery.
- Binance customer service has clearly informed users: WorldChain is not yet on the support list, but Binance is working on establishing this compatibility and estimates it may take about 3 to 4 weeks before support is available.
- It is recommended to follow Binance's official announcement channels for progress on WorldChain integration. Once integration is complete, you can use the "Deposit Not Arrived" self-service recovery function to submit an application and retrieve funds.
When you're done: You have saved the TxID and understand that you need to wait for Binance to complete WorldChain integration before processing through the self-service recovery flow.
Users have already encountered the same issue. Binance customer service replied that the WorldChain network is currently not supported by Binance, funds have not reached the account, and the platform is working on this compatibility, with an estimated time of about 3 to 4 weeks.
3. Case B: You Used a Binance-Supported Network (WLD Mainnet) – Follow Regular Self-Check
What to do: If you used a network already supported by Binance (WLD mainnet) for the deposit but it hasn't arrived, follow the standard procedure.
How to do it:
Step 1: Check on-chain status using a block explorer
- Copy the TxID and search it on the corresponding block explorer (Etherscan for Ethereum, Optimistic Etherscan for Optimism; for WLD mainnet, refer to the deposit page prompt).
- Confirm the transaction status is "Success". If it is "unconfirmed" or "failed", the problem lies on the sender's side—contact the sending platform.
Step 2: Verify the deposit address is correct
- Compare the recipient address on the block explorer with the WLD deposit address you copied from Binance to ensure they match exactly. If the address does not match, Binance cannot process it.
Step 3: Check if it triggered risk control or maintenance
- Large deposits may trigger a security review, with crediting delayed from a few hours up to 1 business day.
- Check Binance's announcement page for any WLD-related network maintenance notices.
When you're done: Confirm the on-chain status is "Success", the address is correct, and there are no maintenance notices.
Prerequisites: You are able to obtain the TxID and you selected a network currently supported by Binance when depositing.

4. On-Chain Confirmed but Not Credited for Over 1 Hour – Use Self-Service Recovery
What to do: If the on-chain status is "Success", the address is correct, the network is still within Binance's supported range, but more than 1 hour has passed without being credited, submit a self-service recovery request.
How to do it:
- Log in to Binance and visit the "Deposit Not Arrived" self-service recovery page.
- Paste the TxID and submit. If the system can recognize it, the coin, network, and amount will be auto-filled; if not, fill them in manually.
- After submission, follow the status in [Application Records]. If customer service asks for supplementary materials (such as a video recording, withdrawal record from the sending platform), proceed as instructed.
- If the deposit funds are successfully retrieved, a handling fee may be charged.
When you're done: Successfully submitted the application and obtained an application record number.
Prerequisites: The on-chain transaction status is "Success".
Common reasons for failure:
- Used WorldChain but Binance hasn't integrated it: This is the main reason for recent WLD deposit not arrived issues. Wait for Binance to complete WorldChain integration before applying for recovery via self-service.
- Wrong network selected: Chose a network different from the Binance deposit page. Some users have reported successfully retrieving funds through Binance's intelligent recovery system after paying a 5 USDT fee, after sending WLD via an incompatible network.
- Insufficient Gas fee: The wallet lacked enough Gas tokens to pay the transaction fee.
Risk warning:
- WorldChain recovery still requires waiting: Binance is establishing compatibility, which is estimated to take 3-4 weeks. The self-service recovery function can only be used after integration is complete; no action can be taken before then.
- Network mismatch may incur fees: If funds are successfully retrieved, Binance will charge a handling fee. In one user case, the fee was 5 USDT.
- Deposits and withdrawals are only allowed via Binance-supported networks: Before depositing, always check the supported network list on the Binance deposit page. Do not rely solely on the wallet's default option.
How to confirm you have handled it correctly?
After entering the TxID in a block explorer and confirming the transaction status is "Success", if the network used was WorldChain, you need to wait for Binance to complete the integration and then apply through self-service recovery. If you used a Binance-supported network, and more than 1 hour has passed without being credited while address and network issues are ruled out, submit a self-service recovery request and follow the status in [Application Records]. For first-time operations, it is recommended to do a small test transaction.
