How to Check Missing SPCXB Deposit After Transferring to Binance

1. Confirm whether the deposit function is open
What to do: First check the deposit time, don't rush to check anything else.
How to do it:
Binance official announcement shows that SPCXB deposits and withdrawals opened at 21:30 (UTC+8) on June 15, 2026.
If you transferred before this time, the funds will not be credited automatically – it's not a wrong address, but the function is not yet open.
If it was transferred after the opening time, go to the next step.
When is it considered complete: Confirm that your transfer time is after 21:30 on June 15, 2026. If it was before, wait for Binance to process the backlog of transactions before checking again.

2. Verify the deposit network is correct
What to do: Confirm that the network you selected during the transfer matches the network supported by Binance.
How to do it:
The SPCXB smart contract is deployed on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Binance only receives SPCXB through the BEP20 network.
If you used Ethereum (ERC20) or any other network, the funds will not be credited automatically.
When is it considered complete: Confirm that the network selected during the transfer is BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain). If not, you need to go through the asset recovery process.

When is it considered complete: Confirm the transaction status is "Success". If it shows "Unconfirmed" or "Fail", the problem is on the sender's side; contact the platform you transferred from to handle it.

4. If not credited after 1 hour – submit a self-service recovery
What to do: If the transaction is confirmed on-chain but still not credited after more than 1 hour, use the Binance self-service recovery process.
How to do it:
Log into your Binance account, go to [Wallet] → [Deposit History].
Check the status of that deposit record.
If the record does not exist or the status is abnormal, visit the Binance "Deposit Not Credited" self-service recovery page.
Paste the TxID and submit. If the system cannot recognize it, manually fill in the currency (SPCXB), amount, and receiving address.
Submit the application and obtain an application number.
When is it considered complete: Successfully submit the application and see the ticket number in [Application Records].
How to confirm you have done it correctly?
Enter the TxID on BscScan to confirm the transaction status is "Success", and that the deposit network is BEP20. If the deposit time is after 21:30 on June 15, 2026, it should normally arrive within a few minutes to tens of minutes. If not credited after more than 1 hour, submit a self-service recovery application and check the progress in [Application Records].
