Can You Cancel a Binance Withdrawal While It’s Being Reviewed?
Yes. If your withdrawal order is still in "Processing" status, you can cancel it; if it has entered the on-chain confirmation phase or shows "Completed", it cannot be cancelled.
Whether a withdrawal can be cancelled depends on whether the platform has already broadcast the transaction to the blockchain. Once broadcast, the transaction is irreversible.
Prerequisite: Identify your withdrawal order status
Log in to Binance, go to 【Wallet】 → 【Withdrawal History】 (or 【Transaction History】), and locate the withdrawal you want to cancel.
Check the order status column to see what it displays:
"Processing" → Can be cancelled. Continue to step 1.
"Completed" or "Sent" → Cannot be cancelled. The assets have already left Binance.
"Pending Review" → You can usually contact customer support to attempt cancellation, but success is not guaranteed.
If the withdrawal is paused due to an automatic security lock (e.g., after changing your password or logging in from a new device), simply wait for the lock period to expire; you do not need to cancel the order.
Step 1: Find the cancellation option in "Withdrawal History"
What to do: Locate and click the cancel button.

Open the Binance App or website, go to 【Wallet】 → 【Spot Account】 → 【Withdrawal History】.
Find the withdrawal you just initiated. If the order is still in "Processing" status, a 【Cancel】 button will usually appear next to it.
When this step is complete: You see a 【Cancel】 button or an available cancel option next to the order.
Step 2: Confirm the cancellation
What to do: After clicking cancel, the system will show a confirmation window. Complete the verification as required.

Click the 【Cancel】 button. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
Complete the security verification as prompted: you will usually need to enter your email verification code, SMS verification code, and the Google Authenticator (2FA) code.
After confirming, click 【Confirm】 to submit the cancellation request.

Step 3: If the order is "Pending Review", contact support to attempt cancellation

Common failure reasons
Order status is already "Completed" or "Sent": The assets have already been transferred out of Binance wallet and broadcast to the blockchain. On-chain transfers are irreversible, and in this case no platform can help you reverse them.
Funds have entered the block confirmation phase: Even if you see the order status as "Processing" on Binance, if a transaction hash (TxID) has already been generated, it means Binance has broadcast the transaction and the cancellation window has closed.
Unable to operate withdrawal during a security lock period: If the withdrawal is paused due to a 48–120 hour lock triggered by security setting changes (password reset, 2FA reset, email change, etc.), the withdrawal order itself may not yet have been created. No cancellation is needed; just wait for the lock to be lifted.
Risk reminders
Once a withdrawal is broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be recalled. If you realize you entered a wrong address or network, contacting support before the transaction confirms is your only hope, but the success rate is uncertain.
Do not trust any third party claiming they can "recover your on-chain assets" — these are almost always scams.
Binance does not have phone customer support. Any call claiming to be from Binance is a scam.

Shows "Cancelled" or "Failed" — cancellation successful, and the funds will return to your spot account.
