How to Sign Up

Binance provides a clear entry point in the announcement: click the "Join the Beta Test!" button to go to the registration page and register your interest. The whole process is just one step — no complex questionnaire and no extra materials are required.

One easily overlooked detail when signing up: you must log in with your main account that has completed KYC. Sub-accounts cannot access or use Binance AI features. If you usually operate with a sub-account, switch to your main account to sign up.

What Happens After You Sign Up

After submitting your application, all you can do is wait for an email. Binance's announcement states that "selected users will receive an email with a guide to Binance AI." The key phrase here is selected users — Binance reserves the right to screen applicants, and signing up itself does not constitute any promise.

Spots are released in batches, not all at once. This means even if you do not receive an email in the first batch, you still have a chance in later batches. However, Binance has not published its screening criteria, nor has it disclosed the specific number of spots in each batch or the frequency of release. What you can do is make sure the email address you provided at sign-up is correct and check your inbox (including the spam folder).

It Is Not the Same as Binance Ai Pro

One product that is easy to confuse when searching for "Binance AI" is Binance Ai Pro. The names are similar, but the positioning is different.

Binance AI is an AI feature suite launched in September 2026, currently in the Beta testing phase, with features focused on market insights and information interpretation — personalized interface, AI market analysis, and reducing information noise. It does not execute trades; it is more like an intelligent market information assistant.

Binance Ai Pro is an earlier product positioned as an AI-driven trading assistant that can analyze the market and execute trading strategies through a separate virtual sub-account ("AI account"). Ai Pro has a clear payment model, credit point system, and more complex feature boundaries. It is currently available on iOS, Android, and web (but activation is only supported on Android and web).

What you are signing up for is the Binance AI Beta, not Ai Pro. The entry points, eligibility, and features of the two are currently different.

Usage Boundaries After Selection

Even if you receive the selection email, the scope of Binance AI usage is not without limits.

Geographic restrictions are firm. Binance states in the announcement that "products and services mentioned here may not be available in your region." The Ai Pro FAQ explains the mechanism more specifically: product availability depends on the applicable regulations of the user's country or region, and certain permissions may be locked due to regulatory restrictions. If a user moves to an unsupported region, services will be suspended, API trading permissions will be revoked, and no refunds will be provided due to jurisdiction changes. This compliance framework likely applies equally to Binance AI.

Feature permissions inherit your main account's permissions. According to Binance's AI policy, the capabilities of the AI account are limited by the product and service restrictions imposed on the main account based on the residential jurisdiction. If your account's region restricts futures trading, the AI cannot execute futures operations either. These compliance limits are applied automatically and cannot be overridden by either the user or the AI.

It does not provide trading advice. The positioning of Binance AI Beta is market insight and information interpretation, not investment advice. Binance clearly states in the Ai Pro FAQ that "AI-assisted trading involves risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results." This principle applies to any form of AI functionality.

If You Still Have Not Received an Email After Signing Up

The first thing to check is eligibility. Confirm whether your account has completed identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC do not meet the conditions for participating in the Beta. If you are unsure of your verification status, you can check it in your Binance account settings.

The second thing to accept is the spot limit. Binance's wording is "spots are limited and will be released in batches." Not receiving an email may simply mean you are not in the current batch. Binance does not provide a way to "check registration status," nor is there a customer service channel to speed up the screening.

The third thing to confirm is your email. Selection notifications are sent by email. Check the email address you used to register your Binance account, including spam and promotional folders. If you use email aliases or filtering rules, make sure nothing was mistakenly blocked.

If all the above checks out, all that remains is to wait for subsequent batches. Binance has not announced the waiting time or expected release schedule. Any claim of an "internal channel" or "guaranteed selection" is not credible.
