The core purpose of the OKX Wallet asset dashboard is to let you see your holdings across multiple chains and your debts in DeFi protocols in one place. Most users notice two things when they open the dashboard for the first time: an asset on a certain chain is not showing up, or the number in the debt column makes them unsure what to do.

What You Can See on the Asset Dashboard
According to the official OKX Wallet help documentation, the asset dashboard provides "one-stop viewing and management for multiple chains, multiple wallets, and multiple assets." Specifically, it includes:
Token holdings: The tokens and amounts you hold on each chain. OKX Wallet currently supports more than 70 public chains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Tron, Arbitrum, and others. Once you connect your wallet, the dashboard automatically recognizes the network, so you do not need to switch chains manually.
NFTs: The NFT assets you hold on each chain.
DeFi protocol assets and debts: Your deposits (assets) and borrowings (debts) in lending protocols, as well as your positions and earnings in liquidity pools. This is the key feature that makes the dashboard different from a regular wallet balance page.
Approval records: The DApps or contracts you have authorized to access your tokens. The "Approval Dashboard" in the asset dashboard provides a revoke function so you can review authorized protocols and cancel them.
Transaction history: Your transaction records on each chain.
How to Access the Asset Dashboard
The entry points on the web version and the browser extension are slightly different, but the path is consistent.
From the official website: Open the OKX Wallet official website and click [Assets] or [Portfolio] to enter the dashboard.
From the extension: Click the wallet account name and select [Portfolio].
The entry point on the App is inside the [Web3 Wallet] page, where you can add and view assets through [Manage Crypto]. However, the full debt and DeFi protocol view is more complete on the web version and the extension.
Debt Verification: First Distinguish Between "Wallet Debt" and "Protocol Debt"
The "debt" shown in the asset dashboard refers to assets you have borrowed in DeFi protocols, such as USDC borrowed on Aave or crvUSD borrowed on Curve. It is not the debt of your OKX trading account, and it is not money you owe OKX.
When verifying debt, the dashboard shows your borrowing amount and the corresponding collateral in each protocol. You need to pay attention to two numbers:
Total borrowing amount: How much you actually owe the protocol. This number grows slowly as borrowing interest accrues.
Health factor or collateral ratio: The dashboard may not directly show this indicator, but you can judge it by the ratio of collateral value to borrowing value. If the collateral value approaches or falls below the liquidation threshold of the borrowing, you need to add collateral or repay.
If you have lending positions on multiple chains, the dashboard displays them side by side. Check each chain one by one when verifying. Do not assume everything is fine just by looking at the total asset number.
Common Reasons Why Assets Do Not Show Up
If an asset on a certain chain does not appear in the dashboard after you connect your wallet, check these items first:
The token has not been added. OKX Wallet does not automatically display all tokens on all chains. You need to search for the token name or contract address in [Manage Crypto] and click [+ Add] for it to appear in the dashboard. BRC20 tokens do not have a contract address, so you can search by name directly.
You are using a wallet without a private key. Some tokens or networks, such as the SOL network, do not support viewing with a keyless wallet. If you are using a watch-only wallet or a custodial wallet, some assets may not be displayed.
The network is not supported by the wallet. OKX Wallet supports more than 70 chains, but not all chains are covered. If you hold assets on a niche chain, the dashboard may not recognize them.
The asset is in a protocol, not in the wallet address. If you deposited tokens into a lending protocol or a liquidity pool, they will not appear under "Token Holdings." Instead, they will appear under the "DeFi Protocol Assets" section. This is normal and does not mean your assets are lost.
Approval Dashboard: Check Regularly and Revoke When Needed
The approval records in the asset dashboard are easy to ignore, but they are directly related to your asset security. The official OKX documentation specifically reminds users that many people have had assets stolen because of careless approvals or failure to carefully review signature content. The Approval Dashboard is designed to solve this problem.
How to check: Go to [Asset Dashboard] → [Approval Dashboard] and review all protocols you have approved. For DApps you no longer use or approvals from uncertain sources, click revoke. Revoking an approval requires paying the gas fee of the corresponding network, but it is a necessary cost to remove risk exposure.
Completion Standard
Using the asset dashboard is not a one-time task. It is a tool for ongoing verification. Every time you connect your wallet, you should confirm three things: whether all assets on active chains are displayed, whether the debt and collateral in your DeFi positions match your understanding, and whether there are any items in the approval list that should be revoked but have not been. Only after checking all three can the dashboard work be considered done.
