Whether swapping small tokens for SOL is worth the fees depends on two things: do you have SOL in your wallet to pay for gas, and does the token have enough liquidity. If you don't have any SOL in your wallet, the swap cannot even be sent, because every transaction on the Solana network requires SOL to pay network fees. OKX Wallet will not pay this for you. As for whether it is "worth it," the real cost of a small swap is often not the gas fee, but the hidden losses caused by slippage and low liquidity.

First, a hard requirement: Do you have SOL for gas?
To do any swap on the Solana network in OKX Web3 Wallet, you must keep a small amount of SOL in your wallet. OKX's official help documentation states clearly: on the Solana network, each token account needs to reserve SOL as "rent," and when swapping or transferring tokens, the wallet should keep at least 0.01 SOL to cover rent and fees. If your SOL balance is too low, the transaction cannot be executed.
This means: if your wallet only has that small token and no SOL, you cannot directly swap it for SOL in OKX Wallet. You first need to withdraw some SOL from an exchange (like the OKX centralized exchange) to your Web3 wallet, or ask a friend to send you a little SOL, before you can start the swap. This "startup cost" is part of deciding whether it is worth it. If the token's value is very low, the SOL you bring in just to swap it might be worth more than what you get back.
How to do it: Swap within the Solana network
Assuming you already have SOL for gas, the process itself is not complicated. Open OKX Web3 Wallet, go to the DEX or Trade page, and select the Solana network. At the top, choose the small token you want to sell. At the bottom, choose SOL. Enter the amount, and the page will show the reference rate, slippage, minimum amount received, and service fee. Confirm and submit, then wait for it to be recorded on-chain.
Note that this is a same-chain swap (swapping a token for SOL within the Solana network), not a cross-chain bridge. A cross-chain bridge is used to move assets from one chain to another, such as converting USDT on TRON to SOL on Solana. Your case is a swap within the same network, so do not choose the wrong entry point.
Where the real cost of a small swap lies
OKX Wallet's DEX aggregator searches for quotes across multiple decentralized exchanges, which in theory can give you a better price than a single DEX. But the problem with small tokens is liquidity. If the token has very low trading volume and a shallow pool, your sell order can push the price down, and the SOL you actually receive may be much lower than the "reference rate" shown on the page. OKX documentation also warns that when liquidity is insufficient, you may see "this pair is temporarily unsupported" or the transaction may fail.
Slippage settings are another variable. To complete the trade, you usually need to allow some slippage tolerance. Small tokens may require a higher slippage setting than mainstream coins to get filled, and every level of slippage is a loss on what you actually receive.
So the way to judge whether it is worth it is simple: look at the "Minimum received" number on the confirmation page. This is the least amount of SOL you will get after the swap under your current slippage setting. If that number is acceptable to you, go ahead. If it is far below what you think the token is worth, it is not worth the trouble.
A more practical alternative
If the token's value is very low (for example, worth only a few dollars or even a few cents), the SOL rent and gas consumed during the swap, plus slippage losses, may leave you with almost nothing from the SOL you receive. In this case, not swapping may be the more rational choice. Leave it in your wallet, or if it has no lasting value, ignore it. That is more cost-effective than spending extra SOL on fees just to "clean it up."
If the token has some meaningful value (for example, several dozen dollars or more) and there is basic liquidity in the Solana pool, then swapping is feasible. Before doing it, first confirm that your wallet has at least 0.01 SOL, and then check whether the minimum received amount on the confirmation page is within your acceptable range.
