OKX spot trade records are exported from the unified entry [Assets] - [Order Center]. You can filter by time, trading pair, and trade type, generate a report, and then download it. The app also supports export, but with fewer functions than the web version.

Step 1: Enter Order Center
Spot trade records are called "Trade Statement" in OKX, separate from "Order History" and "Funding Statement".
Web: Log in to OKX, click [Assets] at the top right - [Order Center] - [Trade Statement].
App: Tap [Trade] - [Spot], scroll down to the position section, tap the [Trade History] icon on the right, then swipe the top tab to [Trade Statement].
Completion standard: After entering the statement page, you can see a list of all executed spot trades.
Step 2: Filter Target Records
The page provides filtering, so you don't have to scroll through hundreds of records.
Filtering method: Filter by [Date], [Coin], [Trade Type]. The web supports custom time ranges, while the app only shows recent 90-day records by default.
Completion standard: The list only shows the trade records you need. Confirm that the time range and coin are covered.
Step 3: Export and Download
After filtering, proceed to export.
Web:
Click [Download] on the [Trade Statement] page.
Select [Trade Type], [Time Range], [Time Zone], [Selected Accounts], then choose file format (CSV or PDF).
Click [Generate Now] and wait for the report to be generated.
Once generated, you can choose [Copy Download Link], [Send to Email], or [Save to Local]. If you choose to copy the link, the link is valid for only 1 hour, so open it quickly.
App:
Tap the [Download] icon in the upper right corner of the [Trade Statement] page.
In [Report Type], select [Historical Trades], set [Time Range], [Trade Type], [Export Format].
Tap [Export], wait for completion, then tap [Download].
Completion standard: The file is successfully downloaded to your computer or phone, and you can see complete trade records after opening it.
Common Failure Causes
Can't find "Trade Statement" on App: The app's trade record entry is in the [Trade History] icon on the right side of the position bar. You need to swipe the tab to the right to see [Trade Statement]. Not all pages have a direct entry; just follow the path.
Download time range exceeds limit: Trade statements can download records from January 28, 2021 to the present, but the app only supports viewing the last 90 days. For earlier records, you must use the web version to download.
Forgot to download after generation, link expired: If you chose "Copy Download Link," it's valid for 1 hour. After that, regenerate.
Risk reminder: The trade statement contains executed trades (filled limit orders/market orders). If you want to check orders that were "placed but not filled" or "canceled," you need to look in [Order History], not the trade statement. Also, the generated report will contain sensitive information like user ID, order ID, fees, position balance changes. After downloading, be careful how you save it and don't store it in public environments.

After Operation
Verification method: Open the downloaded CSV or PDF, check that the start and end times cover your target range, and confirm the trading pair and amount are correct.
Next steps: If the exported data is used for tax filing or archival, note that the time in the CSV file defaults to UTC. Convert to your local time before use. If you need to export a large number of trades, it's recommended to generate them in batches quarterly to avoid a single export file being too large or timing out.
