Step 1: First understand what the "Express Buy" entry actually is
Express Buy is a channel on OKX designed to make buying crypto easier for you. There are currently two main forms:
Bank card or credit card payment: Directly bind a card and pay using Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, or other methods. This is suitable for small amounts and quick entry.
C2C Express Zone: Its nature is still C2C, but the system quickly matches a quote for you from the merchant list. You do not need to choose a merchant yourself. Just enter the amount and place an order with one click. The "bank card payment" inside Express Buy actually goes through the C2C channel in practice.
Step 2: What cards can you bind?
According to OKX rules, most express channels, including the C2C Express Zone, follow one strict requirement:
It must be your own verified bank card, and it must be a bank card corresponding to the fiat currency supported in your registered region.
Currently, the main supported card networks are Visa and Mastercard. Some regions may also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others.
Step 3: Cannot find bank card payment? The problem is usually with "region" and "entry"
Case A: Your registered region does not support direct bank card deposits
If you only see "C2C trading" or "Express Zone" in Express Buy and do not see a "bind bank card" option, it means OKX may not have opened the bank channel for your region. For example, OKX once announced that it would stop providing services in Hong Kong, and US users also cannot use the express channel on the international site. Ordinary users in mainland China usually cannot directly make fiat payments by binding a bank card. The most common method is actually using Alipay or WeChat through the C2C channel.
Case B: The "Express Buy" you are using is actually the C2C Express Zone
In many tutorials, what they call "Express Buy" is actually the C2C Express Zone. In this channel, the "payment methods" you see depend on what the merchant supports. Alipay, WeChat, and bank cards may all be available.
What to do:
On the app homepage, tap [C2C Buy] or [Buy Crypto].
Look at the top tabs. If there is an [Express Zone] tab, tap it.
Enter the amount, then look under "Select payment method" to see whether there are bank card or Alipay/WeChat options available.

Step 4: What if the express channel does not work?
If Express Buy does not show the bank card option you want, whether through card binding or the Express Zone:
Use C2C self-select trading: On the C2C page, switch to the [Self-select Zone], manually find a merchant whose payment method supports Alipay or WeChat, and place the order yourself. You need to spend a little more time checking merchant information, but it is more flexible.
Common failure reason: Express Buy shows "not supported in your current region" because the fiat channel for the region you selected during registration has not been opened. The shortcut is to directly use the "Alipay" or "WeChat Pay" options from P2P merchants. This is currently the most common deposit method.
How to verify after completing the operation: After placing an Express Buy order, the page will jump to the payment information page. If you successfully get the merchant's receiving account, such as Alipay, WeChat, or bank card, it means the entry works. After completing the payment, go to [Funding Account] and check your USDT balance. If it has arrived, the purchase is successful.
Next step: If you just want to try binding a card but cannot find the entry, go directly to [C2C Buy] - [Self-select Zone], choose a merchant with a high positive rating who supports Alipay or WeChat, and try making a purchase. This is much easier than worrying about why there is no card binding option.
