How to Deposit BNB on OKX? Binance Coin Deposit Tutorial
The key to depositing BNB is choosing the right network. BNB has two different native chains: BNB Beacon Chain (BEP-2 standard) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20 standard). OKX currently supports receiving BNB, usually referring to BEP-20 BNB on BNB Smart Chain (BSC), which is the version used by the vast majority of people now. 1. Get the BNB Deposit Address on OKX
After completing registration and identity verification, log in to your OKX account.
App: From the homepage, tap [Assets] — [Deposit] — select [BNB] from the coin list.
Web: From the top right of the homepage, click [Asset Management] — [Deposit] — choose [BNB].
Select the deposit network. The BNB deposit network mainly supported by OKX is BNB Smart Chain (BSC), and the corresponding address starts with 0x. Click to copy the address.

2. Initiate Transfer from the Withdrawal Platform
Go to the platform or wallet where you hold BNB, and find the Withdraw or Send function.
Paste the BNB address you copied on OKX. Here comes the most critical step: On the withdrawal page, in the network options, you must choose exactly the same network as on your OKX deposit page, that is BNB Smart Chain (BSC).

4. Special Note about BNB Beacon Chain (BEP-2)
There is an earlier BNB chain called BNB Beacon Chain (formerly Binance Chain), using the BEP-2 token standard. This chain was launched in 2019, mainly used for Binance DEX trading, and does not support smart contracts. Most new projects have now migrated to BSC.
