The transaction hash on the source chain has been replaced, but the aggregator is still spinning and waiting. This usually does not mean the network is stuck. Instead, the aggregator is watching a different on-chain event, and it is not the same as the TxID you see in your wallet.

You need to understand one thing: the transaction hash in your wallet and the relay transaction hash the aggregator is waiting for may be two different on-chain records.
Step 1: First confirm what "replaced" actually means
A cross-chain transaction started through an aggregator is usually not a single on-chain action. It is a multi-step process. After you submit the transaction, what your wallet shows is the operation you started on the source chain, such as approve plus deposit. But what the aggregator is really waiting for is the transaction completed by the relayer on the destination chain. These two have completely different TxIDs.
If the source chain transaction hash shows "Success" in the block explorer, but the aggregator interface still shows "Waiting," the problem is not on the source chain. It means the confirmation step on the destination chain has not finished yet, or the relayer has not processed your order yet.
Step 2: Check the corresponding transaction on the destination chain explorer instead of staring at the source chain
Goal: Confirm whether there is a matching "release" or "mint" record on the destination chain.
How to do it:
Open the block explorer for the destination chain. For example, if you bridged from ETH to ARB, go to Arbiscan.
Enter your destination wallet address, not the source chain TxID.
Under the "Token" tab, check whether there is a recent incoming transfer that matches your cross-chain amount.
Completion standard: You can find a transaction with the matching amount on the destination chain explorer and get its TxID.
If you can find this transaction on the destination chain explorer, it means the assets have already crossed over. Only the aggregator interface status has not updated. If you cannot find any record on the destination chain explorer either, it means the relayer really has not processed your order yet. In that case, go to the aggregator's "Order History" page to check the status, or contact customer support and provide the source chain TxID so they can track it manually.

Step 3: Status update delay does not require submitting again
If you did find the transaction on the destination chain, but the aggregator interface is still spinning, this is usually just a frontend status sync delay. Refresh the page or reopen the order details and the status will usually update. If you have already confirmed the funds arrived on-chain, do not submit any transaction again.
How to verify completion: After confirming on the destination chain block explorer that the assets have arrived at your address, the cross-chain transaction can be considered complete. Whether the aggregator interface updates or not does not affect the actual ownership of the assets.
