Binance fiat deposit status can be checked in two places: the "View Assets" button on the deposit confirmation page, and the "Fiat Orders" record in the wallet. If you clicked "I have paid" after completing the bank transfer, the system will jump directly to the order details page showing the current status. If you didn't check it then, you can always find it later from the order history.
Step 1: View Directly on the Deposit Success Page
After completing the bank transfer and clicking [I have paid], a [View Assets] button will appear on the page. Click it to view order details and deposit status.
Completion criteria: The page shows the specific order number, deposit amount, and arrival status (Processing/Successful/Failed).
Step 2: Search History via "Fiat Orders" Entry
If you missed it or closed the page, retrieve it via the wallet path.
Web: Log in to Binance, click [Wallet] in the upper right corner → [Spot Account]. On the page find [Transaction History] or [History], filter [Fiat Orders] (or Cash Orders) to see all fiat deposit/withdrawal records.
App: Tap [Assets] → [Spot] → [History] → [Cash] to see the fiat order list.
Completion criteria: The order list shows the deposit record you just initiated, with status displaying: Processing, Successful, Failed, Expired.
Step 3: If Order Status Is Abnormal, Use the Appeal Portal
If the order shows "Failed" or hasn't shown "Successful" after the normal arrival time, initiate an appeal directly from the order page.
How-to: Find the order in the fiat order list, click [Appeal] or [Fiat Deposit Not Credited Appeal] on the right side. When submitting, you need to provide:
Deposit currency, amount, payment method, transfer date
Proof of payment (bank transfer screenshot/receipt), which must include your account name, full bank account number, beneficiary name and account number.
Completion criteria: After submission, you'll get a ticket number; wait for customer service review, the result will be notified by SMS or email.
Risk Reminder: Fiat deposits usually require bank processing time (international SWIFT transfers may take 1-3 business days). If the order shows Processing, be patient and do not repeatedly submit appeals, as this will slow down processing. Also, when transferring, you must fill in the reference code in the bank comment/remark field, otherwise the deposit will fail and may not be automatically returned.
Common Failure Reasons
Bank account name mismatch with Binance real name: Binance requires fiat deposits to use a bank account under your own name, and the account name must match the name registered for Binance KYC, otherwise it will be rejected or returned.
Missing reference code: You must fill in the reference code provided by the system in the comment/remark field when making a bank transfer. Missing it will prevent the system from matching the bank payment to your Binance account.
Non-partner bank transfer: Some fiat deposit methods (like instant transfer) only accept designated partner banks. Transfers initiated from non-partner banks may be delayed or rejected.
After Operations
Verification method: The fiat order status shows "Successful" or "Completed", and the corresponding fiat amount has increased in the spot account balance.
Next step: If the order remains in Processing status for a long time but funds have been deducted from the bank, keep the bank transfer receipt (electronic receipt or screenshot). The screenshot must include the full sender account name, recipient account name, amount, and date for easy submission during appeal.
